"I love yours." She replied, smiling wider.

She shivered with delight, a smile appearing on her face again. She closed her eyes.

She was completely relaxed and happy in his arms. "Yes... And it feels wonderful."

"Yes." She whispered.

"I'm glad you're happy." She looking in his eyes, seeming entranced.

"You." She whispered, blushing slightly.

"You know what like like even more that eating soup with a spoon?" She whispered, looking at him lovingly.

"Oh yes! I just love when I'm privileged enough to eat soup with a spoon!" Rex rolled her eyes, laughing.

She smiled and snuggled against him, relaxing as they ate. "Not bad when I get to eat it like this." She whispered.

Rex blew on her soup, cooling it down before trying it. "That's not bad for hospital food." She laughed quietly, taking another bite.

They rested like that for a time until a knock sounded on their door. "Come in." Rex called. The door opened and their food was brought in. It was soup today apparently, and Rex accepted her bowl gratefully. "Thank you." She called after them as they left the room.

She squeezed back. "I love you..." She whispered, laying her head on his shoulder.

Echo steps out of the cell with Elsa. "Where are our things?" She asks quietly.

Rex absentmindedly took his hand in her good one, lacing their fingers together. "So I guess we just wait for food now?"

"Here, let me help." She pulls a hairpin out of her hand and hands it to Fox. "Will that work?"

"It does make sense though..." She smiled at him. "I hope it works."

Weird... me either... She glanced at her hand, making sure the lady had wrapped it right. "First responder, eh? That's a new one." She leaned back against him, relaxing once more.

Ash walked until she found a balcony and stepped into the cool night air. Storming man... She swore under her breath.

"Alright, I'll go work on that for you both." She smiled at them, winked at Daniel, and walked out the door. I'm glad that's over... did she just wink at you? Rex sent over the link

"Alright, I'll see what I can do, and we can probably move it to a little after lunchtime. Does that work?" She asked, looking at both of them.

"Ahh... I see... I'm assuming you'll be helping her so that she doesn't reinjure her hand?"

"I have not... was it serious?"
