People of the Shard.

I have realized something lately.

When I joined the Shard last September, I did not realize how fun this thing would be. All the RPing, the forum games, it's all been incredible.

However, I realized something important. My school year ended last week, so for the past few days, I've just been enjoying life. It's been great. Anyways, I got a lot of thinking done, and I have come to a conclusion.

The 17th Shard is amazing, you guys are all so epic, and I am going to miss you.

You see, I have decided to take a break. I don't know how long this break will be, but I just need some time to myself. Maybe I won't come back. Maybe I'll finally finish my novel (probably not, but one can hope)!

Now, I know I haven't always been, let's say, a consistent sharder. I've joined a bunch of RPs and never did anything with them. Sometimes I don't post for several days, then post a bunch within an hour. So if I've ever left you hanging, I'm sorry. And I never got to know many of you that well either. I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve. But I do know that all of you are amazing people (yes, all) and I will dearly miss you.
