  1. Then this is war. A transmission was sent back. Be prepared. @Experience Deep in the underground mines on planet Yaelar half of the guards had left for the war, leaving a small number to keep the Hydif in line. A voice came over the intercom. “Fellow Hydif,” a voice said. “We have been locked down here for years, doing work for the Ydras. We are forced to help them in their economic pursuits and in their manufacturing and what do we get from it? Nothing but dead families and friends. We will not stand this injustice any longer. Now is the time to fight!” All throughout the cave systems there was silence. Then a roar began growing. It got louder and louder as more people joined in. The rebellion had begun.
  2. Lord Yaelar nervously paced in his ship. This was bad. They weren’t prepared for this, he shouldn’t have been so brash. But that would mean stopping everything he was preparing for. His army wasn’t prepared for this. They were supposed to wait until the houses had been weakened, then strike! It was too late, though. Nexus had been nuked, and his ships launched. Lord Yaelar would probably be dead before the month was done. A transmission came from the Ydras army to Jropoux. Attention. It said. This is general Faearr of the Ydras army. It has come to our notice that you harbor a traitor to our house. Half of our army, which is 300 ships strong, is on its way to your planet. If you return the traitor to when they arrive you will be saved. If not, you risk invasion by the Ydras. The traitor listened to the transmission. “That’s a lie.” He says. “The fleet is only about 100 ships strong. And I’m guessing some of them remained behind to guard the planet. Only about 50 is what you’d have to deal with.” He was at least a little nervous. What if they did turn him in? He would be executed for sure. He would just have to trust that the people of Jropoux were better than his own. @Experience A group of Ydras fighters flew through space at FTL speed. They were heading to Fiioss. Unlike the group heading to Jropoux, they weren’t going to wait to fight. The moment they arrived war would break out. @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ
  3. Lord Yaelar stood up. "I will not compensate the Great Houses. If this means war, so be it." He turned and walked out of the room. On Yaelar hundreds of ships, listening in on the meeting, jumped into hyperspace.
  4. Lord Yaelar and the Ydras traitor look around. Neither of them speaks.
  5. A Ydras appears on the screen. "I," The Ydras says, "Am one of three men sent on missions to three different planets. We were each sent with a large payload, and were told to detonate it in important buildings and told to cause chaos. Our orders were given by him," The Ydras pointed at Lord Yaelar. "I do not agree with these methods. Lord Yaelar has gathered an army of spies and assassins, and has extensive plans on how to collapse each individual house. At the moment a ship is on its way to House Skyvid, planning to destroy an entire one of their space platforms. Lord Yaelar is lying. He is completely at fault for all the deaths caused by the explosion, and if you don't stop him now he'll just cause more." Lord Yaelar paused, then said "This is clearly a fabrication! Someone made this up to frame me!" He tried to keep a calm face, but everyone could hear the fear in his voice and see his face pale. @Experience
  6. "This," Lord Yaelar said, "Was not my house. There is, on my planet, a group of terrorists and extremists that wants to completely wipe out every other race. We do not condone their actions, and as we speak they are being taken care of. I promise this will not happen again." The first ship finally exits hyperspace into Skyvid territory. It quickly begins to fly towards its destination, not slowing down. @Aeoliae
  7. Lord Yaelar strutted straight through the metal detector, shoving the guards out of the way. The metal detector didn’t go off. This is bad. Lord Yaelar thought. He kept a confident face showing, though. “Hello fellow house leaders and representatives.” He said to the others in the chamber. “Proceed with whatever you were doing.”
  8. Icaai made his way through the crowd, and people began to understand what was going on. They opened the way for him to get through, but then closed the way for the soldiers to get through. He quickly swam to a secret location, and old abandoned cave with a large metal door. He threw open the door, swam in, slammed it closed, and locked it. He swam to a small device, a transmitter that he and Rhyaa had built. He turned it on, and the camera they had attached blinked. It worked.
  9. The third ship arrived at Joproux, and began making its way to the surface. Experience can read Sector 1 of the Spy Box. Anyone else must use a spy action.
  10. The ship sped onward towards the planet. It didn’t slow. It entered the atmosphere. It kept at full speed. It’s course altered, and it flew toward the most important governmental building on Fiioss. The ship kept going at full speed, and the man flying it jumped out, a small pack on his back activating and shooting him away from the ship. The ship slammed into the building at full speed, and the explosives packed inside detonated.
  11. The once author looked at the fight and began slowly walking backwards. He would try to do important things eventually, but he didn’t have any intent to get himself killed today.
  12. The once author stood up, and begins to walk towards Feanor. This could go very badly. He thought.
  13. The once author floated in darkness. All the remaining power from his time as an author had left, and Ryss was using his abilities as an author to narrate pain into the once author with ruthlessness. A freezing cold hit him, and then his body felt like it was being ripped apart. He was burned, crushed, and stabbed. He stayed alive through all of it. Then he felt something. A sliver of power, almost completely hidden by the emptiness. The once narrator pulled on the power. Hard. He began narrating his own story, separating himself from Ryss. Then his power returned to him. On the field power flooded into him. He gasped as life returned to him. He looked around at the world, now devoid of cracks in reality. “I could get used to this.” He said.
  14. House Yaelar accepts the invitation. We would be happy to attend.
  15. The once author acted quickly. He touched each of the ten people and drew a line from them into a single point. Frost began forming on his hand as he did so, but he kept going. When he finished he wrote one word where the ten lines converged. He nodded at the ten of them. It was done. Then he collapsed to the ground, the frost spreading down his arms and legs, and up his chest. He stared into the distance, unresponsive. @Nameless*
  16. The once author counted the people. “Why aren’t there ten!” He yelled over the noise.
  17. The once-narrator nodded sharply. He raised his finger and wrote in the air, leaving glowing white letters in the air. “That should do it.” He said. He could feel narration leaving his body, and the cold returned even stronger, but the letters flashed, and began bringing the ten people to the field.
  18. One of the supply ships arrives at its location, the home planet of the Fiioss. House Fiioss can view sector 1 of this spoiler box for free. Anyone else must use a spy action. @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ
  19. The once-author bit his lip nervously, his gaze still transfixed on the cracks. “What do you need me to do?” @Nameless*
  20. The once-author fought through the shadowy creatures until he arrived at… some unfamiliar place. Cracks spread all over the place. He watched as Power walked towards Rirrom. “No no no… this… this shouldn’t be happening. It isn’t possible.” His authorblade dissolved in his hand, and the power came back to his body. He just stood there, frozen in terror as he watched TLT fall apart.
