  3. Wait If the last post wins Does that mean if you have the last post You win But you also are last place
  4. "And maybe cook some bacon. I don't know that one goose has enough meat for us."
  5. Elan comes and takes his tiny portion. "Mmm! A tiny peice of goose!" He eats it, smiling. It feels good to eat something. "We need to set up camp too."
  6. They look at him blankly. "Dra... gon?" They say, actually stopping attacking for a moment.
  7. "Anything for the best mom in the whole world." He smiled. His two personalities were content here, comfortable. He sat next to Aventine, cuddling close to her. "The best, and I mean it."
  8. Emma set the food out on a table, hoping it would be enough. She looked through cupboards until she found plates, cups, and utensils, then got to setting the table. This life wasn't the same as the luxurious one she had three years ago. She got dirty, cooked for herself, and lived in a modest home. But she loved it. No pampering, no consistently being fake. Plus the people, they were some of the best she had met. She carefully placed the last setting, stepping back with a nod. Then she went upstairs to find the others. She looked at Dougella, having heard what she'd said. "I never heard."
  9. Don't tell me the hamster is Platypus' avatar... The OA sat in a nearly empty cave. It was lit by eerie blue light, much like one of the Great Moons of Ichaii. But... no, that was somewhere far distant. He stared at the book in front of him. Words covered every page, each one pulsing with a phantom power. He held a pen, flipping to the last page. And so I write these last words in this memento of a god soon to be dead. He wrote carefully, In hopes that someday it will be found and I will not be forgotten. He closed his eyes and sighed, sitting back in his chair and putting down the pen. The book closed, and the Once Author opened a portal. The cavern began to collapse inwards, folding on itself. By the time he stepped through it had all but disappeared. And so a new journey begins... he thought to himself, one last journey. He began walking down a road, to where the darkness he sensed was emanating. Make it count.
  10. Vistari watched the people on the beach, and pressed a button. "Send in the Greenspine..." She said, grinning.
  11. Gem released a breath he hadn't even realized he was holding. "It worked." He said under his breath. "You're gonna be okay."
  12. She grinned, then turned and jogged home to grab the stuff, balancing the food precariously as she slowly returned.
  13. She nodded in agreement. "You know, I think I made too much food for tonight. If you and Marewill, and maybe some of the other tributes want to come over? Or I can bring some over here. I just need to get rid of it before it goes bad."
  14. She smiled. "Anyway, that time has passed. Now we just need to enjoy ourselves."
  15. He led her up to the room where Ave was lying on the bed. "Cuts, third degree burns along her side, and multiple broken bones including most of her ribs." @Spark of Hope
  16. Hold on. Are there going to be even more plotblades now? Should I understand what's going on?
  17. Gemini yelped and stepped back. "Uh... she's in her room. We can't move her, it hurts too much."
  18. Gem entered the infirmary. "Hey, I need help? My mom is hurt, bad."
  19. Vistari watched Evan with fascination. He seemed smart and strong, she appreciated his talent. She couldn't wait for him to fight someone.
  20. The jungle was silent around him. Foliage rustled in the distant. Birds chirped. Nothing approached.
