    "OKAY JUMP." The OA forms a massive wall in front of the Silent Hero, and jumps into the portal. The OA nodded.

    The OA nodded. --- "Yeah... I don't like him." A portal opens up in the black grass off to the side.

    The duck follows, quacking three times for each word.

    "Why would we let the puny, unintelligent humans help us? Us, the great geese!" One goose steps forwards, outfitted in gold armor. A Highgoose. "You, soldier. I command you to kill this human." He says to Duck, bobbing his head at Joseph.

    "That's... not good. Will she recover?" --- "What do you mean, escape? We're not trapped here. I could take us out at any time. I have absolute control here, I could reverse gravity, change the weather, make food, water, destroy it, anything. I could snap my fingers and get us out of here." The OA said. He paused. "But yeah, I can do that."

    The geese honk back. "NO HUMANS LEFT ALIVE. TAKE OUR RIGHTFUL THRONE. KILL. KILL. KILL." Joseph looks at the interaction in confusion.

    Eublech parried, grabbing the spear and pulling it away, then stabbing the bandit in the chest with it. Then he turned and shot another bolt, this one impaling a man in the back.

    Timothie quacked three times. This would likely grow very dull, but he was a duck and didn't care. He nibbled absentmindedly on his bread slice.

    The OA narrated one into existence, handing it to Nogard, watching Subversion. "That's... not good."

    Eublech flinched as the arrow hit him in the shoulder. He took a ragged breath, ignoring the pain and preparing another bolt to shoot.

    Joseph backed away from the goose silently, his hands reaching to his belt, where he kept some pepper spray he had pulled off a body. Other geese came to join the first one, watching Joseph intently. They showed up on all sides, until he was surrounded. Dang you. He thought.

    Eublech shot his dart, channeling his emotions into the blow. It was covered with a poison designed to paralyze, not kill. It impaled itself in the man's arm. It felt good to get his feelings out. He breathed out contentedly.

    The hoodie person was definitely insane. But if he wanted to die, Joseph supposed that it would let him live longer. A knot of guilt formed in his chest. He was about to turn around when he spotted a goose in front of him, staring at him with it's black, beady eyes.

    Joseph began running. The goose had noticed him.

    Eublech dipped a dart in poison he had prepared in advanced, then loaded it into his blowgun, readying it to fire. These did not seem like real bandits to him.

    Joseph carefully climbs out of the dumpster, ready to run. This man wouldn't survive for long, he could feel it. Yelling. Talking about jumping goose. He wouldn't be safe to be around. So Joseph crept in the shadows away from a patrol goose (keeping where it couldn't see him), towards his makeshift shelter in a bookstore.

    Gem gently tucked Par in, turned off the lights, and closed the door. "Sleep well..." he whispered.

    Gem led him down the hall to his room. "This is yours, I think." He said, opening the door. "You have the key." He nods to Par's hand.
