She lets out a hot breath. "S-stop tempting me." She tries to look away from her, she needs to focus.
-
He stared right back, a charming smile on his face. "I think we should Do some dancing, what do you think, love?" He looks down at her. @Ookla the Lotus

He flinches a little, hardly wincing , hiding the pain. He shakes his hand, his eye twitches. "Its a pleasure, sir."
-
He just gives him a charming smile, sticking out his free hand to shake. "Lord Ravensdale, sir. Cedric Ravensdale." He doesn't break eye contact.
-
She turns her head towards her a little, taking a deep breath. "I don't know how much longer I can wait..." She lets the thought linger a moment. "But if you insist..." She just bites her lip harder.

He stomps his foot. Damn that woman, she had one job He walks around the hall, looking for her when he sees her with the man. He straightens up and walks over, quickly placing his hand on her waist and standing beside her. The man can not see, but he squeezes her waist tightly. "Have drinks yet, hon?" His tone didn't sound particularly aggressive, if anything it was loving. @Ookla the Lotus @Ookla the Abstract

Her breathing changes a little. Its become hot and a little breathy. "So hard to wait hmm..." She scrunches her fists up with her pants.
-
She bites her lip, trying not to say anything outlandish. "D-d..." She takes a breath. "Dangerous?"

“Why don’t you fetch me a glass as well.” He swats at her behind, not too roughly to draw attention, but enough to make her squirm. “And be quick with it.”
-
He stops trying to pull it up and just rests his lips on her neck, close to her ear so she can still hear his whispers. "Don't play with me, doll." He squeezes her waist again and pulls his mouth away. "Now where do we start?"
-
He leans down behind her, right against her left cheek, he peeks up her shawl slightly. "Are you hiding now? What if I want to see your... beautiful face." He tries to pull it up slightly.

I stand in front of a mirror, in a long big gown with many itchy layers. It's truly my worst nightmare. "J’ai l’air tellement-" My father swats at me from behind. "What was that?" His voice is stern. He stumble to find words. "French... sir-" "I'll have none of that, thank you." He walks to the side of me. "Nobody will marry an immigrants child." He eyes me. "Look at me." I turn my head to him. "You forget every single thing your mother taught you, no french, no hard work or labor, I'll not let you do any of that. No ma'am." He points to the mirror and I follow his finger. "From now on you are an aristocrat. Clementine Ashcroft, from the House of Ashcroft." I nod. "Yes, sir." He holds out his arm for me to link. "Now I think it's time I go introduce you to some acquaintances." He leads me out, making our way to the ball. A tall wealthy looking man follows behind her. He sticks close to her. When she steps in he presses against her back and reaches forward, taking her glass right from her hand and downing the shot. He places the glass back in her hand, placing his other hand firmly around her waist and squeezing it tightly. "Such a lovely place, hmm dear?"

Madam President chuckles, rubbing her thumb against the back of her hand. "Well then... I suppose I shouldn't stop you." She is getting antsy, but is trying to hide it. Merp jerks his head over.

"Clem!" A raspy female voice yells from outside the room. I quickly close my handbag and turn around at the sound of the bronze doorknob turning. "Time to go." My aunt grabs me by my wrist and her pale hand grips me tightly. I follow a step behind her, straightening the edge of my itchy dress with my other hand. I walk out into the main room. The golden chandelier hangs above us, I stare at it, looking directly up. Pretty... I quickly realize we've come to a halt as I bump into the backside of my aunt, I look over at her as she lets go of my wrist and swats at me. I yelp quietly and take a step to my left. "Mister Ashcroft, sir." She does a little curtsy and I do the same, looking up at the tall man in a black and white suit. I stare at him for a moment before he meets my eyes. "And you are?" He seems half-heartedly amused with me. "Formerly Clementine Ellington, sir." My voice comes out as a low quiet whisper. He doesn't seem to pay attention to that, he simply turns to the woman. "And this is my daughter?" My aunt nods. "Yes, and you'll be taking her at once. I can not deal with this woman in my home anymore! She is of no use to me!" She pushes me forwards slightly, I just look down and hold tightly to my handbag. He leans down to my height, placing his thumb beneath my chin and pulling my face up. "Are you really the daughter of Charlotte?" He looks me in my eyes. "Yes sir..." I mumble quietly. My mother died a year ago, she was a former servant to my father and his family. Since then I've been living with my aunts. "She brings shame upon our family! She was born out of wed-lock. Her hands are calloused and she is so frail and pale.” She pokes at my side. “She hardly packs anything in that little behind of hers.” She swats at my behind and I step to the side. "Stupid little girl can't even bring in a husband to help support the house." My father holds up his white gloved hand to her, signaling for her to stop speaking. "She doesn't have a husband?" He looks over at my aunt questioningly. "No sir. That little disgrace is of no use to me." He snaps his head at her. "And what makes you think I want her?" I lower my head, turning away. Tears glitter on the edge of my eyes. "I don't think you want her, I don't want her, nobody wants her." They all go silent for a moment before my father speaks up. "How likely is it for her to be courted?" Before he even finishes his sentence she interrupts him. "Sir, there is no way you're daughter will be finding any husband, not now, not ever." He straightens up, brushing his hand on his slick pants. A singel tear drop drips from my eye and hits the floor. "Is that a challenge...Miss Wilde." She glares at him for a moment, opening her mouth to speak but never has the chance. "I mean, you got courted... surely it can't possibly be that hard." He snarls at her, placing his hand on my shoulder. "Mister Ashcroft, are you insul-" She gets cut off by his swift turn. "I'll be going ma'am. And I'll be taking my daughter with me." He grabs my hand and drags me behind him. The door slams behind us and off we go. ---------- I'll jump to present RP in a second

All folks who have been giggling profusely, here it is.
-
"Why don't you find them then?" She raises her eyebrow. "Or are you too busy looking at me."
-
"You're right..." She slides her hand off her shoulder. "It does." She walks over and picks up her coffee, sitting down on the couch.
