Thanks Kajsa! That has been the favorite of everyone I've asked. The all blue one was my original concept so it's hard to let go of it though ... that's why I was silly and finished both. I am pretty sure the orange and blue one is objectively better, haha. I also like that the orange and blue one hits slightly closer to the colors on the cover (at least the American one). It was definitely fun to do the lighting so thank you! Thanks Argent! Glad it doesn't feel to blasphemous to mix it up a bit from the book. Thanks Alder! I had a lot of fun with this one! I would love to do an image for each Stormlight book eventually ...

This is a cropped version of a Way of Kings drawing I did for my own enjoyment. Couldn't decide on what color version I like more. I know it's not quite how the visage of the Stormfather is described but this image has always overridden the cannon in my mind ...

I played the Bass in a band over a decade ago ... never really was that good at it. I loved recording music in the basement though and still dabble with some music composition from time to time. I'm guessing Cello for you? haha. And thanks for the tip about replying to multiple people at once! I'll do that.

Oh, I'd choose Feruchemist for sure. Feruchemy used in a physical capacity has such extreme potential for power ... and fun ... I would store strength, speed, and weight as much as I could on the way there and then just rip my way into the creature with super speed and strength until I tore out the gem heart. You could use other feruchemy abilities to help track the fiend if that's part of the challenge.

Kaladin is an absolutely great choice. He's becoming a little harder for me to relate to as the books go on and I understand him better ... which, while a great opportunity to increase in empathy and see things from more points of view, it does make it a bit more work to enjoy his PoV for me.

New to the Forum, but long time reader of Brandon Sanderson, frequent peruser of the coppermind, increasing viewer of the YouTube discussion streams, and eternal daydreamer. The reason I finally made an account on the 17th shard is I'm an illustrator and have started doing more Cosmere art on the side lately and thought there might be someone here who enjoyed seeing it. - Thomas
