Who is the sovereign? How could he make such a powerful artifact and do the Bands even work on Kel n his current state? -
I think Spren are not needed normally because humans coming to Roshar had Odium's surges and no spren and no oaths so maybe the spren are a connection to the shard? Man is the cosmere confusing

Can Atiumminds get Leeched or used up with duralumin? I would think it would have no effect and Leeching only works on metal reserves.

I believe Mraize says that forms of Investiture get "heavier" the farther they are from their home planet so that may cause a few problems.
