The ball smoothly floats to Father John, and lightly bumps into his chest. In a flash, John saw the horrors of death at the hands of the Witherlord. The violent tears in reality that makes a man of the world scream in horror at the wrongness. It will come, the ball projected. Strangely, it wasn't a threat. This little creature could not prevent the inevitable death, but it could act sooner. Instead of a tear, it could offer a small slide into the next place. For you, my friend. Please.

Shaun walks into a closet in the back and starts rummaging through it. His muffled voice can be barely heard over the clamor. "Hey Harry, could you give me that power real quick?" He pulls a large claymore out of the closet, and a small sheath. "You can never be too over prepared right?"

Bro that episode was an emotional rollercoaster. I love the connection to the biblical story, it adds so much more meaning to Caine as a character. But that episode was terrifying.... I have to forcibly not think about Jax's torture because the thought of him without his skin makes my skin crawl.

Forgive me if I am rehashing an old theory. Renairin is bonded to an Enlightened mistspren. Mistspren bonds create the order of Truthwatchers, with access to Illumination and Progession. Renairin has limited use of Illumination but no unusual restrictions with Progression due to Glys being corrupted. My theory is that Glys's corruption to Odium has changed Renairin's use of Illumination is limited in the traditional sense because that surge has been corrupted to Voidbinding. His visions of the future are personal Lightweavings that depict cryptic scenes of the future. It is important to note that old Truthwatchers seem to have limited foresight capabilities, perhaps as a Resonance. Why is Illumination replaced with Voidbinding? Well, mistspren lean more towards Cultivation than Honor, which may affect what surge is replaced. If a Cryptic was corrupted and formed a bond, maybe Lightweaving would work normally for them and Soulcasting was somehow changed. Thoughts?

Would raw Investiture as a Vessel have different interactions with their Shard? I remembered a comment in one of the books that said Odium wanted BAM to be its Vessel instead of Rayse. If BAM actually took that Shard, would they have any benefits/restrictions because they are a creation of Odium? Would it be able to handle visions of the future because they are a spren? And how would that apply to Honor becoming self aware? Would it have minimal control of its powers because it is so "young", or would its nature as the Shard make it much more skilled with its power in the beginning? Any thoughts?

Hello! I've decided to join! Wow, this name change is going to take some getting used to...

With all of the overdramatic flare I can muster, I pull a center block out of the tower.

Probably can smite other kingdoms with plauge. The fist part sounds very title-y. The name of her ability is Pestilence, but that's the same as plague I think. I'll try to think of some other powers, but I'm blanking right now.

Shaun nods approvingly. "Sure, none of them are truly calling out to me, and this one has a fun mystery to it."

I pile a bunch of cars on top of each other in the form of a jenga tower and challenge you to a game of jenga. winner gets the Sandwich.

Shaun's eyes went wide, then he started smiling. "Hey Iris, if the 'set yourself on fire' idea doesn't work out, can I give you a poke with my new knife? I promise to not kill you too much." He waves the knife in the air like a kid who had just been given candy.

Shaun eagerly accepts the knife, pulling it out to test the edge. "Hey Iris,did you by any chance grab the robbery one? It sounded pretty interesting."

This fabrial can mimic lightweaving? It's even inferior, the illusion can't even hover in the air. WWRTO The Olympics?

"Iris, you wound me," Shaun said as bounced up to file through the stack of papers, "How could you possibly assume I would want one of these things."

The ball bobs along happily.

A little ball appeared beside the Witherlord. Less a physical object, more a small fuzz in the air that didn't seem real. It radiated a small impression: What is happening? I...can't remember what's happening? It seemed to suddenly turn its attention to the Witherlord. Oh! Hello! Who are you? Could I tag along? I don't really know where to go.

"Some thug in the markets tried to take my sword, so I decked him." He grabbed a piece of fruit from the coffee table in front of the couch and started peeling it. "Some cop saw it and pulled me in for 'disturbing the peace'. Took an hour, but it cleared up." He took a bite of his fruit. "Probably a cipher. Self important parts of the Underground like them. Makes them feel sneaky."
