Hmm... Well, I kind of like the first letter of my first name. R is just such a good letter to start a name with. I wouldn't want to ruin it with any other letter. Although it would be quite fun to have some ridiculous letter combination at the start. Like "Hi, my name is Pkchirae. The "pkchi" is silent...". HELLO FRIEND! I love corvids! They're the best birds ever. I am completely unbiased of course.

I just got the urge to write the past couple of days. This summer, I went backpacking through the mountains for a few days. It was a breathtaking experience (sometimes quite literally). And at one point, we were hiking up to a ridge and were planning to walk along the ridge for a time, but rain was coming and it got very windy towards the top. So much so that I nearly got toppled over a number of times despite the 15kg that were strapped to my back. We ended up deciding not to climb all the way to the ridge in the interest of not being blown off a mountain side. But as I was trying to decide what I wanted to write, that experience came to mind. And what follows was kind of born out of it. I don't really know where (if anywhere) it's going, but I'm enjoying writing it for now. Perhaps I'll post some more of it here as I write... if I end up sticking to it. EDIT: So, I'm quite enjoying writing this for now, so I think I will make it a slightly more permanent habit (for how long, we shall see). I will post scenes as i write them in this thread and when I complete a chapter, I will add it to the OP (provided there isn't like a word limit or something, idk). I think this is the kind of literary interpretation we did in high-school. Trying to find some hidden, obscure meaning in random things that probably never passed anywhere near the author's mind, let alone through it lol. What I think is that Brandon found the wordplay amusing as Hoid would also find it amusing to mislead the audience into thinking he couldn't taste things and later reveal he meant "taste" in another way.

Ehm... depends if you're specifically referring to ball sports that you "play". If so, then no. If not, then yes, I climb with my friends for fun. TPBM is day dreaming of cinnamon buns.
