That is some really good insight. I personally have very similar views on things like that. People most likely would have been a lot more accepting towards the community if they didn't have that reference in the bible against us. Although, it was most likely inevitable that someone was going to make their own religion or twist a religion to do something similar. Dang rep limit

Yes, yes, yes. I also have the same things going on in my head. I really want to stay a part of my religion, and one of its core principles is to love thine enemies and stuff, but people can be mean. The religion itself is okay with LGBTQ+ people, but a lot of the time, people skew the message and make it hard to feel comfortable in that environment

I would think that he definitely has a crush on you. Honestly, it might be awkward, but you could just ask him? This might be a terrible idea, idk. As for me, I would just want to know for certain if someone liked me, so that's my recommendation. -
Actually I do kind of feel that way. I don't want to ignore that part of me, it's still...me you know? I think part of the confusion might be coming from the fact that I haven't really had the chance to be in an actual relationship, other than a girl I kind of really like. That brings up the problem though, I have a really annoying, nagging voice in the back of my mind that says that I would basically be getting rid of me being bi if I actually end up in a relationship with her.

Mostly my own thoughts, although when mom found out I was bi, she was really nice about it, but she said something along those lines. It's kind of been in my head ever since.

Thanks Although, for me it's not like explicit homophobia, it's more like since I'm bi, I can still be in a straight passing relationship, so I have this internal struggle that says it doesn't actually matter that I'm bi. Idk, it's weird

Yeah. I had only recently found out what the word meant, and yeah, the heteronormativity thing definitely made me a bit shocked when I learned what it was. I think I had or still have some internal homophobic stuff to work through; which is a totally different thing that I'll probably rant about another time. Basically what I'm trying to say is I agree

So my school is putting on a musical, and I'm in the pit. It's been a lot of fun. A lot of work though, I've been really busy. Anyway, Tomorrow we have our first performance! I'm really excited for that.
