  1. Aventine looked at him in confusion. "Even sober, you're crazy."
  2. "Yep, you did." She turned back to Tal and Mitis. "So can either of you take us to TAAron?" @Edema Rue @The Halcyon Girl
  3. Aventine smacked Jar Man in the back of the head. Hard.
  4. "To get the latest news, basically. We haven't been here for..." Had it been days, or only hours? "A while." "A handful of things -we're trying to find TAAron, get an update on things on this end after we went with Elan."
  5. She woke with a start and blinked twice. “Thanks.” Aventine turned to the newcomer. “Can you take us to someone? TAAron?” @The Halcyon Girl
  6. “Alright, let’s go.” Aventine grabbed Jar Man’s wrist. “See you guys soon.” She concentrated on the clinic’s inter dimensional location. She did not focus on the intro dimensional elevation. The two began falling through the sky directly above one of the clinic’s courtyards, and Aventine crashed through a tree. Their fall caused such a commotion that it gained the attention of those in the clinic. @Cash67 @The Halcyon Girl @Edema Rue @The Aspiring Archivist
  7. Aventine sighed. “Lovely. You want to come with to ‘cure’ me again?”
  8. She remembered the exchange. “Right. Anything else I should be worried about?”
  9. Aventine blinked. All of her memories came flooding back. “I… know that. Why does it feel like I didn’t know that?”
  10. She had a sudden searing pain. She woke up and put a hand on her sore cheek. She looked up at Jar Man. "Uh... hi."
  11. Aventine fell, unconscious. She felt memories flood away, the earlier memories first. She forgot all about her abusive father and growing up in House Erikell. She forgot about Snapping, and all the pain that had happened to her since. As the memories went, so did her self hatred and her depression. And for a moment, it was bliss. But the moment soon ended. Something else left her head - but she wasn't sure what. It was something important, she guessed. It would have done her well to remember.
  12. Something in Aventine warned her: This will have a price to pay. His words, in the void of the clinic before Elan had taken them to the other world. This was a big wish - it would have a big price. "Yes- to travel through the worlds at will, and to be able to choose to take others with me."
  13. @TheRavenHasLanded Aventine looked up at her floating friend, waiting.
  14. She muttered, "Not.. knowledge, necessarily." She spoke up. "The ability to travel instantaneously between worlds."
  15. "By the- can you freaking read minds?!"
  16. We stored that wish as well, if we need it, she remembered.
  17. "Er-" She realized her protests would be futile. "Fine."
  18. "Anyway- we don't have a way to communicate with anyone in the clinic. Can we send someone there? Like, a messenger? Get the latest news from there?"
  19. She lifted her hands to say something, but Aventine burst back into the room sliding. "Sorry - that was a little dramatic. I slipped on... something."
  20. She smiled. She could hear, but she appreciated the gesture.
  21. She scraped as well, being more careful than the other Aventine. She also found a small orb of lesarium, and pocketed it as well. "Thank you," she signed.
