    I remember that when my family had a desktop (it got old and slow so we got rid of it), we had a disk to put in that had Super Why games. I remember there was one for each of the four characters but I don't remember what they actually were No, but I did play the Cat in the Hat ones I personally didn't, but when I was in daycare, some people would bring their tablets and (with their permission) I watched them play several games, including a Talking Tom one I watched a lot of Minecraft

    Here's a quick update on how this week has been.

    Monday: No school. President's Day.

    Tuesday: No school. In past years, my school district has had what we call Public Learning Community Days - PLC Days, where students get released about an hour-an hour and a half earlier than the rest of the time. In high school it was every Tuesday, and in middle and elementary it was the last Tuesday of the month. We don't have them anymore, so we get bonus days off sometimes to make up for it.

    Wednesday: No school. Called off for weather, which was in the negative temps (F) before windchill.

    Thursday: No school. Same reason as Wednesday

    Friday: School releases two hours early for a speech thing my school is hosting.

      wednesday: they made us go to school (2 hours late but STILL) even though it was literally -25° AND EVERY OTHER DISTRICT IN OUR AREA CANCELLED but of course they have to be all high and mighty cuz we’re the “best district” and we “hold our students to a high standard” freaking 7.5 point grading scale 😤😠😐 (i’m tweaking if you can’t tell)

    Her eyes opened. They were swollen, puffy from tears. The snake was gone she didn’t know whether that was a good thing or a bad thing. How long had she been out? She lifted her watch. Really? Just a few minutes? That felt impossible. She pushed herself up. Her whole body felt sore, probably from all the adrenaline of that encounter. There was a dull throbbing at the back of her head, where there had been pressure before she’d passed out. She made herself stand, guilt and the realization of what she’d done overwhelming her. But she couldn’t stop it now, it was too late. The deal was made. She was the snake’s. Slowly, she started to move. She needed to find people if she wanted the snake to let her live. She had bargained for her life, but the cost was too much to bear. Everyone.. I’m sorry.
