    How rude of him. @Channelknight Fadran…we still need your character, broski. Our non-career alliance is currently Fadran, @Lotus Blossom, @Canada Lover and @Justice_Magician. Those of you who aren’t part of this alliance or the career one will start out on your own. If anyone in an alliance wants out, let us know. If anyone not in an alliance wants in, let us know! Pretty simple. Thanks guys!

    If you haven’t read the Stormlight archive, it’ll be really confusing. I would just make a character without any powers but with good fighting skills, since it’ll be easier, but if you don’t want to you can check the coppermind.

    Xiylna flinched as she felt something brush against the bottom of her could. No. Nononononononono. Things couldn’t touch her, she shouldn’t…she looked down and saw sleeper.

    Xiylna wandered over towards Sleeper’s corpse, sad that he was gone, even though she barely remembered him. “Where do we go now?” She asked Weaver. “Out of here, I’d hope.” @Ancient Elantrian

    “I…I don’t know. I don’t want me to hurt, and I think…I think I forget things because they make me hurt. Or because they make someone else hurt. Is it wrong to be glad I forget those things?”

    Xiylna formed a head and nodded. “Hurting is bad. Only bad people want to make people hurt, and you aren’t a bad people. I’m glad you care about her. It would be sad to leave her dead if she didn’t want to be.”

    Xiylna blinked at him sadly. “Don’t stop caring! Caring is what makes you better than him. Caring is good. Mother says caring is good. Death is sad. But sad doesn’t need to last forever! Sad can end.”

    Absolutely!! There’s a character sheet on…I think the 2nd page? Fill it out as soon as possible. If you haven’t read Stormlight, you can ignore the magic stuff. Also, would you like to be part of an alliance?

    “Guilt?” Xiylna blinks, surprised. “Oh! I’m sorry. I don’t want you to feel guilty. Guilty hurts, and I don’t want anyone to hurt, that’s all.” She shrugs. “Maybe you’re right, and if you are, I hope you’re able to bring her back. She’s probably very lonely right now. But…well, I’ve seen heroes die. And they don’t ever want to go back, even when they had reasons to keep living. Even when they could still fight. I just don’t want her to be sad when you bring her back. Because being sad hurts too. And I don’t think you want her to hurt.”

    Xiylna shrieks and pulls against the energy, searching for a way to escape it. Not finding one, she freezes, her solid black eyes staring into the necromancer’s. “We’re afraid, you know. Once you die you forget how to deal with the pain. And sometimes,” she added softly, “people would rather have the peace that comes from death than the pain that comes from trying to live in a world that is no longer theirs.”

    “You know,” Xiylna said quietly, “someone tried to bring me back after I died. It doesn’t work. And even if it does, it hurts, hurts a lot. Whoever she is, she doesn’t really want to come back.”

    Xiylna turns away from Yulli just in time to see the necromancer collapse. “You hurt him!” She says, shocked.

    Xiylna turned from the necromancer and smiled. “We don’t need to worry about him. Or anything else. You don’t need to be afraid, see? It’s okay!”

    The hug goes through her cloud of vapor, since she has no body. She makes a mouth and smiles at him. Xiylna begins pouring as much Taint as she can into the bone scythe, corrupting everything holding it together.

    Xiylna shook her head. "He doesn't get hurt. Nothing any of you do hurts him, and I can't hurt him either."
