“Wait,” Dolly said. “Sorry…Siri…Sari? There’s something here.”
-
“Reanimation,” Jerry said, snapping his fingers. “Get with the program. You’re on the clock! Move it!”
-
“Come on,” Dolly said. “Something sweet…Star, maybe, or Goldie?” She pursed her lips, frowning. “I’m no good at this. Come on, one name. You’ve gotta be better than I am.”
-
As they walked, Dolly spoke, as if to herself, but looking directly at the guard. “Clone…that’s such a sterile word. She needs a name. Can’t name her after me, though. That’d be weird, since she’s her own person. Hmm…you got any ideas? I’m open to suggestions.”
-
Jerry sips his coffee. “Listen, I’m sure you have a great name. I’ve got more to do than sit around and listen to you sob, though, so…Rodge it is. Check the Con if you’re lost.” @Argenti Jerry waved. “You’re on reanimation? Late! Late, late, late!”
-
“Process souls.” Jerry giggled. “I’m your boss.”

Jerry, who had just taken a rather large sip of coffee, choked. Coughed. Then gave a thumbs up. “Yeah. Yeah, that’s great. Just great. You all behave, and we won’t have any problems.

How to Kill a Hydra (How to Kill a Dragon part 4) Sign ups

Hmm… What’s, ah, the backstory and how does this rp work? I been out of the scene for a while -
She opened it immediately, if suspiciously.
-
She got the folders out and read them again. Then put them away again. Then got them out. Then put them away. It wasn’t the boredom. It was the being alone. Not much privacy on the road, and while she’d sometimes wished for more, this was wholly unnatural, almost painful.
-
She read them carefully, then slid the file under her mattress, along with the torn pieces of the first folder. After checking the door one more time, she (in the case that it’s locked) sat down and finished braiding her hair.
-
Dolly frowned and sifted through the documents, methodically searching for anything that could help her get out or tell her more about the way the facility was run.
-
Dolly opened it.
-
Dolly stomped over and took it. At least I know, now.
-
Dolly scowled at it and snapped the folder shut. “Liars,” she growled, pacing the tiny room again. “Lying, monstrous—gah!” She ripped the folder in two, furious. How dare they. Kidnapping her was one thing. Pretending she’d agreed to it—pretending Astor had told them to take her—that was too much.
-
Dolly licked her finger and tried to smudge off the number, then flipped it open.
-
Dolly pursed her lips. “Shouldn’t be surprised, should I?” She took the papers. “Just like our government. Punishes you for being the least bit unique.”
-
“Hmm.” Dolly hesitated, then asked, “Does she have a name? And do you?”
-
“Who?”
-
During those few minutes she added several more minuscule braids to her suddenly short hair. It made her head feel too light, a physical sign of how unbalanced her world had become. She stood up at the sound of keys.
-
Dolly glared at the guards and the scientist, but didn’t say a word. As soon as she was alone in her room, she tried the door.
