Insa Insa shivered and pulled her jacket closed. The zipper had broken a long time ago but it carried too many memories to replace. And all that aside she liked the way it looked. Though now that it was cold she wished she had another layer to add. She walked over to Bookwyrm and gently reached out and traced the patterns with her finger. "It looks important and cool but..." She looked up at him, "I can't read it. And I don't know what it is."

Insa Insa frowned. "Do you think any of the scrolls and such survived whatever happened? If they did they might have something that could help this all go faster." Ash Ash sent out another mental pulse. If you are still here please tell me who you are. Ash... this is a dangerous game. But I need to know what is doing this. Fine. Just be careful. Another pulse. Ash Ash sat down next to Pic and handed him a bottle of water. "Take a couple of deep breaths. You all will be just fine. My whole job as a medical person is to help you all and part of working in the clinic is a promise to do whatever I can to keep you all safe." She frowned, "I can't make the sensations stop as I have no idea where or what the source is but should anything happen my first move will be whatever I need to do to protect you. You will be safe." Insa "So are we stuck?" @The Bookwyrm

"Okay so..... we need to find her." Insa frowned. "And we need to figure out how long its been. Maybe we can work backwards?"

Ash snapped her fingers and the pipe disappeared. "Pick something else." Though the cold and warmth were gone, Ash struggled to shake the uneasy feeling.

Insa Insa shrugged. "I have no idea. I don't have any connection to her except magic anymore. We were gonna put her in the prison thingy and..." Her eyes widened too. "What are you trying to say?" Ash Ash nodded to Pic, "Sounds like a wonderful idea." She grabbed his hand and transported them both to where Aventine and Jar Man were. She felt the chill run down her spine and her eyes narrowed. She sent out a mental pulse searching for the source.

Insa Insa slowly sat up glaring at Bookwyrm. "Fine..." She stopped. "Wait." All the anger and annoyance that accompanied waking up was swiftly replaced with confusion. She took his hand and stood up. "Why is it all broken?" Ash "Help would be nice."

Insa groaned and rolled onto her side. "No."

"I read a lot. Before I worked here I went to lots of dances. I liked the social aspect of them along with the actual dancing and music. But no one here gets many days off here. There's always something going on. But now I get to meet people here and hear their stories and help them. Which I enjoy. I sing occasionally. Mostly its just whatever I can find to do when I get any time. Which isn't often and there so many things to do here."

"Like within the infirmary itself or just the clinic in general?"

She nodded. "I could have. This is just ever so slightly easier though."

Ash smiled slightly, "Sorry I scared you. I just came to check in."

Ash smiled. "Of course! Let me know if you need anything else!" She vanished from Aventine's room and appeared in Jar Man's. @TheRavenHasLanded @Cash67

She smiled. "Lots of people communicate that way in the clinic. They'll figure it out eventually I'm sure."

Ash shrugged "Safety precaution on my part. I listen to all sorts of communication to make sure no one is planning anything against the patients. It's happened before. People here tend to be the most vulnerable and easiest to use."

Ash nodded. "Alright." She walked over to a cupboard and pulled out some medication. "Take these." She handed Aventine two pills and a water bottle. "Drink lots of water and REST."

We won and we beat the chicken little show.I
They hadn't lost until yesterday.
That felt so so good.
Yesterday was a roller coaster.
In the morning I listened watched the guys play a 2 HOUR game of poker. Like... They all stayed in as long as they could. It was really funny. They were very loud.
I missed the costume change during daytime because my dress for stuck and I couldn't get it off. And then my knees died.
So I ate dinner (which was actually good and I should probably do that more at comps) took painkillers. Which helped but the adrenaline was actually what killed the pain.
We then did finals which was so fun and felt so good. We've actually started saying a prayer in my side of the stage right before we go on and it is so comforting and really nice and the thing is that everyone is there it not just a few people it's everyone. Its very nice.
And then yeah. We WON!!!
We beat chicken little and another really good group and got best vocals. We have now won that comp 3 years in a row. Its very nice.
And I'll be in the same place as Kajsa's school next week and I am so excited!!

Oh my chasms we actually did this too! We all held hands or put our hands on each others’ shoulders, even the non-religious ones, and said a prayer and it was really nice.
Also I cannot WAIT to see y’all’s show!!!!! Congrats!

Ash smiled from her spot in the corner of the room. "Yes Pic is right. You all need rest. Aventine and Jar Man will stay in their rooms here in the infirmary and the rest of you will need to find other spaces to sleep for the night." Ash gave Aventine and Elan a pointed look. "None of you need to worry about keeping anyone clean. The Clinic is a place to recover from various addictions. Or at least that was the original point. We know how to take care of people." "Jar Man was?"
