  1. He seized the connection between them somehow, the light around him coming ablaze. He turned to Haly. "I... need to go. I'm sorry. Rue needs my help, badly. We can talk when I'm back, okay?" @The Halcyon Girl
  2. TAAron immediately went alert. "Rue?"
  3. "No, that's okay! I'm sorry, I just... Don't understand what happened, or why. I'm scared to try and remember."
  4. "I don't know. I remembered being the the battle against Kaos, and going unconscious... Then something changed. I don't know." He shivered, and faint wisps of golden light rose from him.
  5. "I think I forgot a lot of things. Made myself forget..."
  6. "I forgot you... Are you Haly?" He felt a strange stirring. Instinctively, he shoved it down. @The Halcyon Girl
  7. TAAron sat in his room. I need to find Rue... But he couldn't move. He wanted to, needed to, but somehow his muscles ceased to function as he drifted. He remembered his own dying, and death. Staring into cold stillness, an eternity in an instant. He had been able to return before, but this time was different. It was too much. She's probably dead. It's my fault. Yet another person I've condemned... Condemned? He hadn't been responsible for what had happened to Stacis. No. Something else. He knew deep down that there was more to his past, things that he had forgotten. How could he not? His own magic had done it, sealing away pain and guilt that he somehow knew, but could no longer feel. He wasn't strong. He never had been. He'd just covered up the broken parts, his griefs and his failures. And now, what had happened to Rue... it risked opening up those cracks. He couldn't do anything. He had to stay terribly still, for free that a wrong move would cause him to crumble. I could do it again. Hide it away, forget it all. But no. That was selfish. He refused to let go, abandon her. Even as what he held began to cut and tear at him. He owed her that much. Don't you owe it to her to find her? Help her? But he couldn't move, so he chose to sit there and let his soul bleed.
  8. I have now seen the final two episodes. Overall, I think the show is mostly good. I'm not too hung up on most of the changes (though I'm not a huge fan of Hades or their tendency to find things out early), and some of them are definitely positive. And overall, I enjoyed it quite a bit. It definitely could be a lot better. I had hoped for more considering. Rick Riordan's involvement, but I suppose we don't know exactly what he thinks of it or how much influence he had. I think some problems came from trying too hard to make it its own thing and potentially the influence Disney had. I am curious to see how the upcoming seasons go, especially how the changes play out into the rest of the series.
  9. You could probably call me a science/math person?
  10. I'm not really much of a music person, but a song I found recently that I like is Flight of the Crows by Jhariah. As for artist... dunno.
  11. Erm... Not sure. Maybe green apples? Hehe. I'm not sure if that's really my favorite fact, but it comes to mind because it's a fun one to tell people.
  12. Your body can mostly only detect the presence of carbon dioxide in your blood, so as long as you're breathing normally, you can't actually tell if you're suffocating. Nope! I have eaten multiple raw lemons.
  13. I've been semi-busy, but also there just hasn't been much to do.
  14. "To be honest, we need to find food and a place to stay first."
