She made her very small. "See? Like that! Lady Bug." "Ooo, a fourth!" "There is!! Many!!!" The man vanished into smoke and set the utility fog on fire.

    "Ooooh, you can speak?" She clapped her hands. "Wonderful! That makes everything so much easier! Don't worry, you'll just be exploring is all!" She can only read thoughts because she's a Narrator. I assume you know that but hey just in case "I am Lady Bug!" She lifted her hat and confetti rained down from the sky for emphasis.

    oop mb He took a deep breath. It felt weird crying now, with her here, but... he felt a tear down his cheek anyway. Closing his eyes, he leaned back and let another one follow, and another and another. He could feel her tiny hummingbird heartbeat against his fingers--- reassuring, very reassuring. "Do you think he's happy?" He whispered.

    Lady Bug, an elegant woman with blacky purply hair and a red showman’s suit, stepped forward and smiled. “Welcome! To the both of you! You’re late, by the way. Welcome to Jadahattan Preserve!” He shook his head and carefully cradled her in the crook of his arm, curling uo against the tree.

    Lady Bug checked her watch, then sighed. They were late. She stood on a slightly raised, perfectly circular slab of polished marble in the middle of a grassy open area. Forests rose symmetrically in a crescent behind her, with mountains as a backdrop. Ponds flanked the grassy area, and various different biomes could be seen, all crammed within sight range. Three flashes of light later, they were here. “Finally.” She put her hands on her hips. @Through The Living Glass @KnightSkye @#1 Taln Fan “Hi,” he said softly. “No,” he said desperately. “No, wait. I’ll cry later. It’s okay.”

    He looked down at her again. She looked so tiny, just a little bird sitting in his hand like that. But she was a person. Bigger than a bird, smarter than a bird… more powerful than any human. But she chose to be a bird. In a way, that made her more powerful. She felt safe being small. “Yeah,” he said. “Yeah, we do our best…” — They reached the waterfall after several silent hours. The waterfall fell quietly. Ok so I have a villain in the works Dragonheir’s Rebus seems to be becoming important Uhhhhhhh Lemme try smth else So my main character Bat is with his friends Tam and Cricket, @Through The Living Glass’ and @TwinStorm’s main characters respectively (I believe). They’re not doing much at the moment— Cricket just defeated his big bad. Ruia took over Bat and Rose’s people, an underground society with Nullite tattoos because they’re paranoid of Narration and Nullite blocks Narration uhhh idk about anything anyone else is doing rly. I have tunnel vision

Scud, he felt so exposed with Rose and Cricket right over there and Tam watching him, probably judging him… “I’m scared of you dying or getting hurt, and Cricket and Rose getting hurt… I’m scared that something’s going to happen and that maybe I’m going to… if I talk about it, I… I’m scared that… that I’ll break you.” His eyes widened with the realization. — She ducked. “Hey! You want me to get Bat involved? No fire!” — Gaioh followed.
