When your class was sharing good books, and when someone mentioned Cytonic you jumped like three feet, and were very happy for the rest of class. and when you spent like an hour trying to convince your dad to go to Barnes & Noble to get the Lost Metal tomorrow. And you’re very sad that you can’t go today because you have plans. Okay apparently my parents got me The Lost Metal early yesterday morning as a surprise. And we didn’t even pre-order it or something. My dad just went to the bookstore and got the one remaining copy.

I forgot to post “Kind”, so here it is. And here’s today’s (“Armadillo”) Yeah… I didn’t know what to do for this one, but when I think of an armadillo, I think of armor. So here’s a knight with armor very, very loosely based on an armadillo.

Heres the two I did for Monday. I didn’t do any Tuesday and Wednesday, but I think what I drew for “Crabby” makes up for it. Mists And here is my favorite drawing ever (“Crabby”) I’ll do some today, but I thought I would post these first.

Yeah, figuring out how to hold a pencil with claws was pretty difficult….

So, I did miss four days (due to my poor time management), but I have returned. With more ART! I only did “Nest” today, so here it is! (Really proud of this one )

So the drawing was of Kaladin, and the chains were supposed to be in the shape of people he’s lost. It’s supposed to say Nalma (I’m pretty sure that’s mentioned in the books), Tien, Maps, Dallet, Cenn, and Tukks. Dunny’s name was also in there. Some of them weren’t shown all the way (Maps and Cenn). And that’s why it absolutely broke my heart to draw this.

I only did the cosmere one yesterday. Partially because I ran out of time and partially because how do you make a scallop scary? Anyway, here’s what I did for “Chains” (IGNORE THE HANDS) This hurt to draw.

Here’s yesterday’s for “Bat” I ran out of time so I didn’t do the cosmere one.

Here’s the official prompt for yesterday (I finished it late yesterday night) I think it turned out a lot better than the other one.

So… I’m going to try and do Inktober this year. I’m gonna try and do both the official prompt and the cosmere one. I don’t know if I’ll be able to do both every day, but I’ll try. This is going to be fun! Here’s day one for the cosmere prompt. It was hard to figure out what to do for this one, but I’m happy with how it turned out.
