"And you mean to pretend you're some ancient all powerfull goddess? " they wave "You've been quarantined to this planet. Do not attempt to leave it, or the Hunger Dark will be contacted." And then they walk back up to the rent.

They flip her a small metal coin that looks like the night sky, "If you're ever in trouble. Just ask." She turns and laughs again.

One of them turns towards her and giggles, "You're funny. Want a gift?"

"Your visa." They pull out a stamp, and press it on the Visa and hand it back to her. It reads "DENIED" in red ink. "Don't try to use these stars." They warn before turning around.

"I'm not convinced you could." They roll their eyes "Old immortals always think they're all powerfull. Things have changed." One walks up to her, non threateningly, and pull something from behind her ear. It's a... travel visa?

"Please just fill out these quick forms, and a sample of your essence and signature or we'll be forced to mark you down as evading the law. We wouldn't want that."

"Really!?" Two of them look at each other an burst out laughing "Oh customs is gonna get a kick outa this." The male glares at them to shut up before explaining "We're the stel'elt. Star elves. We've held domain over the stars in this universe for...?" He trails off, thinking for a second "4864 years, 8 months, 15 days, 13 hours, 37 minutes, and 43 seconds." "More specifically, we're the officers that track down rogues who passed through our subspace without registration. It's for safety purposes, you understand?"

The three figures walk down from the sky in front of her "Not kill. Get your attention. A low level light beam isn't of danger to mortals either." One figure explains. "Why did you return here? And why did you use the stellar paths? You know we have a claim to that mantle." The other asks, their form rippling like a cloak in the wind. The third figure, who threw the javlin laughs when he notices the group of people "these all yours?"

The tear rips wider, and what perhaps is a man steps through. It's hard to tell, on the part of the strange, swirling metal covering his body. Behind him, two other figures step out from rent. The man slowly wind up his arm, and releases it fast as a blink. A spear of light hurtles towards Jidah, atomizer the air and burning a hole in the clouds.

As Quantus said, It's something magical; not really active magic, but more like magical thermodynamics. I think it's something to do with torn connections, spiritual echoes, and some sort of backlash to spiritual trauma?

A strange sound begins to vibrate through the air, high pitched, keening. A tear splits the sky, and a pale white spills forth. If she has very strong eyes, she could make out a splendid city and several glowing figures. A single, metal boot steps through the tear.
