I’m just waiting for book 5 at this point. I have always been a fan of single player story driven games. There is always going to be a part of me that thinks a stormlight tactics game would be amazing, but that may just be the fire emblem mega fan in me. I have been playing through the demon souls remake recently and I can’t help but want a stormlight souls like game.

It sounds like you have thought about this a lot! That sounds like a fantastic idea, I must confess that I haven’t played many old BioWare games, but I have heard that everyone loves SWTOR. I love the ideas with the heralds that would be an amazing little lore tidbit. I don’t think I would want any cosmere game to follow the plot of a book, more Witcher style. That being said I love the idea of tying scenes or flashbacks into the main continuity. I just hope whatever happens we get something with great gameplay that has little to no continuity errors in plot.

Hey Friends! I have been thinking about potential cosmere games and I want to know what people think would be a fun game in the cosmere. I'll go first. As a huge Metroidvania fan, I think that a Metroidvania-style game set on one of the Eelakin islands (probs patji) would be so fun. Imagine powerups as different Aviar and a bunch of traps, enemies, and other obstacles taken straight from the short story. You could even travel to the other islands (maybe patji is the final island). I also think that a full Cosmere MMO is probably inevitable. This is just for fun, I think it would be awesome to hear other peoples ideas if they are as crazy as mine.

Hi! I think my favorite video game is probably fire emblem, tho I play a lot of stuff. Favorite book is either shadows of self of the way of kings currently, and talking magic systems I really like era 2 allamancy and feruchemy (with the mixing and stuff) book wise, but game wise I really like Divinity Original Sin 2’s system what about you?

I feel like it’s kinda unfair to ask everyone that question but to not have an answer yourself.

Who is YOUR least favorite character

Least favorite? Uh… probably Elend ngl. A lot of mistborn era 1 doesn’t work for me as well as other cosmere books, and I think the main characters are the reason for that. The supporting cast is great imo but Vin and especially Elend feel kinda boring/cringe to me. kinda an interesting first question

It could be a coincidence, but I don’t know if I would say that Whimsy would necessarily act contrary to a scholar, I feel like a lot of scholars can be whimsical, and I feel like shards don’t always act in the way you would expect (or at least that is how I have felt).

Hi everyone, I’m kinda new here but since none of my friends are into Cosmere and I need people to talk to about my crackpot theories so here we go, Brandon has said (I think) that he has plans for a Silverlight novella/novel and the other thing that he said that stood out to me is that it’s really weird. I was thinking about the shards that we don’t really know anything but their name (Valor and Whimsy) and I came up with the idea that I think Whimsy is the shard of Silverlight. I know it is not necessarily a planet but from what little we have heard I think it is a good connection. The other connection that I thought of are that Sazed says that Whimsy would not be useful in helping with Odium, and if I remember correctly Silverlight has a nonintervention policy. Coincidence???? I THINK NOT! what do y’all think?
