Idk why, but it's hard to feel calm-
Like I just feel a little over stimulated and was hyperventilating for a bit, I was also a bit shaky and still am a little. Having some chocolate helped, but idk what to do-
I don't know what's wrong- Nothing is really out of the ordinary. I guess I've been a little stressed about how long it takes for me to get school done, but I've been coming up with solutions and know that I can really just take my time. In writing this, I'm starting to guess that it's my subconscious freaking out about school.
I'm just trying to breath and do things that make me calm. It's so weird...
I've turned on the clone wars and now I think I'm better for the most part.
