Controversial opinion: the newer American (Like, the new mist born covers, the tor tress cover) cosmere covers are trash.

I can vibe with the Alloy of Law one, but like... I really don't like them.

They just look... off.

They have a simplistic, weird look that just kind of works weird in my brain. I love the intricate covers we've gotten in the past, the 2016 Mistborn covers and the Stormlight covers come to mind. I love those ones to death. They keep getting more and more simplistic.

I miss the days when everyone was trying to look as good as possible, not Walmart versions of themselves with just color blasted on with a simplistic design.

Meanwhile, the British covers are on a whole new level of amazing. (though, Tor Stormlight covers are superior) Just look at those beautifully crafted white and black covers... mmm.
