no row spoilers Mistborn Honorblades?
The Titan God replied to Narcoleptic Axolotl's topic in Mistborn
Except if Harmony were to make these spears, and make them functional, he would likely edit the ettmetal the spear is made out of, so that it doesn't explode.- 21 replies

How many canonical twinborn names have been revealed to us? I know Wax is a Crasher (A-steel, F-iron), and Wayne is a Constant (A-bendalloy, F-gold). Do we have any official names of the others?
-
Yes. But the official allomantic table stated that lerasium, when in alloy form, grants various physical and enhancement effects, which becoming a misting is.
-
Only atium alloys have mental/temporal effects. Lerasium alloys, for example, have physical/enhancement effects.
-
Correction: My grammar and spelling is terrible. Sadly, some people on the Shard hate this and correct people often. Obviously this is a joke.
-
We know that lerasium's alloys created various types of mistings, we also know that lerasium's alloys gave various enhancement and physical effects. We know that atium's alloys gave various mental and temporal effects. This brings me to two theories. Theory 1: Ettmetal's alloys would all give a physical, mental, temporal and enhancement effect (due to it (in a way, not exactly) being a combination of atium and lerasium). Theory 2: Trellium and Trellium's alloys (because Trellium is a God Metal) would have their own quadrants dedicated to them, these could not be one of the four quadrants we know because Ettmetal has effects of those quadrants. This means there is (mostly likely 2) quadrants of allomancy, feruchemy, and hemalurgy that are used in the same manner as the metallic arts but are actually just Trell's investiture on Scadrial. These would be separated from the other 16 metals and would be considered their own...thing.
-
If this happened it would be possible for other people to feel the pain in the metalmind, however, they would have to purposefully tap the metalmind, so it isn't really forcing them
-
Yes, but spook doesn't neccesarily need feruchemical atium. He could have feruchemical gold, which would heal any damage age did to his body (it may be that it would have to be very strong gold compounding for this to work, but if he is getting it from hemalurgy, perhaps multiple spikes would increase the feruchemy's strength to the necessary level)
-
There would have been Feruchemists left because Spook wasn't one, and feruchemy is still very prevalent (if its sDNA in scadrial's population is weakened) in era 2.
-
Except, sometimes you only want to enhance one (or two) specific sense(s), instead of all of them.
-
To summarize, if you could find a way to burn ettmetal without it blowing up then yes, a Mistborn could burn ettmetal.
-
Does the size of a metalmind affect how much of an attribute you can store?
-
Or you could have some sort of pure tin chain necklace each ring can store a different sense, and at most times you are always touching each one, there would also be like 20-30 rings and not all of the rings have to store a different sense.

What they're trying to say is that all shards might be physically capable of making avatars, but only Autonomy actually has the knowledge of how to do so. Perhaps, it is possible that Autonomy could teach another shard how to make avatars, but it is not part of their general awareness of how they can use their investiture.
-
We know that Autonomy can create different avatars, is this exclusively something Autonomy can do, or can any shard do it? If it requires a shard's intent, could Endowment make avatars (justified through endowing the world with an avatar)?

I had an idea that maybe a Feruchemist can have a savantism effect on them because they filled their metalminds too much. The best example for this would be iron (with most skimmers lightly filling an ironmind anyway). This may have the effect of while actively filling it, it stores more weight than the Feruchemist is putting in (like compounding except storing more instead of tapping more), and while not filling they feel much heavier than they should. This could be applied to any metal, but (if possible) I feel iron would be the most likely.
-
Would Halfborn refer to both kinds (Misborn + Ferring & Full Feruchemist + Misting) or would it only apply to one? If it only applies to one what would the other be called? Semiborn? Quasiborn (personally, I think that sounds cool)?

I will join the Tin Theology
-
In mistborn era 1 we learnt how if an allomancer burns a metal to much they become essentially addicted and its effects can kind of... leech, I guess?... in to there normal life. We know what would basically happen if you become a bronze or tin savant. But what about other savants, gold, electrum, cadmium, bendalloy, chromium, aluminum???

`Could you steal a platypus's electroreception with hemalurgy and have it as a sixth sense yourself (being able to store it in a tinmind and everything).

I got Soother, not a bad misting (not complaining), but I would've preferred Rioter (think its better to enhance emotions then make every other one weaker (because with zinc it doesn't matter what they were already feeling, but with brass the emotion already has to be there)).
-
I figure I may as well post my pick, I would choose A-Electrum and F-Tin (based on my idea that you could store your "foresight" inside a tinmind as a sense, allowing you to have much more control over your electrum powers and become some sort of prophet). If that isn't possible, then probably A-Steel and F-Chromium, never miss my target.
