  1. Well, in the Words of Founding, Sazed does say that Kelsier was Preservation's Vessel. Marasi tells MeLaan in SoS so it's common knowledge so Hoid should know. But perhaps this may clarify the doubts: in Spanish, when Hoid mentions "a mortal", he uses feminine pronoun and prefix (Spanish stuff haha) so I immediately assumed he was referring to Vin. It could be a simple decision of the translator but I doubt it, it's the type of thing that was probably consulted with someone at Dragonsteel. English: Spanish:
  2. Happy birthday!

  3. A small parenthesis, since the Leatherbound edition in 2016 and later (mass market paperback of 2019, paperback of 2023, ebooks since 2023, all editions in Spanish since 2019) this topic was one of the things that Brandon changed and retconned. Atium crystals are now not destroyed when using any Allomantic power (such as tin) but only by Push and Pull with steel and iron. From the Mistborn ebook, latest Tor edition (2023):
  4. Hello, I have this little suggestion for one of the editors of the beloved Coppermind, regarding Kelsier's article. In the "Relationships" section I feel that several of his ultra-close friends from Era 1 are ignored, and some more can be added thanks to TLM and WaT, so my suggestion of people who should be in that section are, in order (Spoilers for WaT): As I said, it's a suggestion, and I know it might take time, if anyone is interested in doing it. I'd like to help, but I'm a Spanish reader, so my English isn't good enough for writing on a site like Coppermind. Anyway, thank you very much!!
  5. Yep, she is Kaise. The Lost Metal chapter 39:
  6. I agree with this. In fact, I think Shai herself says that even though she's not a Scadrian, protecting Scadrial is something that matters on a Cosmere level.
  7. I think with the conversation in SH's epilogue, plus the book on Hemalurgy Spook himself wrote, it's more than obvious that he DID help Kelsier return to the Physical Realm with Hemalurgy. In Shadows of Self and Bands of Mourning there are various parts of said book, and it is noted that Spook was pro-Hemalurgy. Harmony and the Kandras say that he was wrong writing that book, and logically he had to do many experiments with Hemalurgy. Kelsier-mistwraith himself might have been one of his first great experiments.
  8. Axindweth seems much more likely to be a member of The Set, IMO.
  9. I saw it days ago in Macmillan, and today it was also in the Weekly Update video that Brandon always uploads to YT.
  10. Exactly!! Also, it makes sense because in Era 1 the Marewill flower drawing is de facto Kelsier's crew logo.
  11. Mmmmmmmmmm
  12. Nope, Era 2 is set after Stormlight 5 and before Stormlight 6. That is, in that 10-20 year gap between both Stormlight arcs. https://wob.coppermind.net/events/475/#e14998
  13. I think the book would be just as perfect as the other 3 if only Part Three didn't exist. It's the most boring part of a Brandon book, it made Oathbringer too heavy even though the other parts served their purpose, and the book has an extremely exciting ending.
