  1. Hehe, I know. But she's one of the only ones that was around when this thread was really spammy. Also I win.
  2. Jahora's drifting thoughts were brought back to the present as Rose stirred in his arms, reminding him of the present task. Henry returned and placed a steaming tray of pies on the coffee table near the centre of the room, He then repelled the steel door handle from his ring to shut the door when Henry padded out the room. He lay Rose down on his long, plush red couch then grabbed a pie and crouched down beside her. He took a bite out his pie and moaned involuntarily "Mmm, these are good. You know, you can have one if you wake up. Hope the smell isn't nostalgic; I don't know about you, but I tend to avoid nostalgia. Makes me feel woozy inside." He twisted his lips and spun Tydel's top hat casually around his index finger as memories of home swept through his mind. He sighed deeply and lay down on the floor next to Rose's couch. He lay there for a few moments, enjoying the relaxing feeling of fatigue washing over his muscles and enjoying the silence. He whispered into the still air "What are you so afraid of?"
  3. Feeling old yet Vapor?
  4. Posts on this thread don’t count. I think it’s because there’s a lot of spam. Have you posted much outside this thread? /wins/
  5. I have never been more than like 2 minutes late to an exam, but I have finished 42mins early and gotten 98%. But I haven't ever finished an hour early. Most of my exams are only 55mins, but math, science, englishand electives go for alot longer. TPBM ate chicken for dinner.
  6. Awesome! I'll add Fablehaven to my TBR...then presently never get around to reading it because my list is already too long .
  7. Chortles casually
  8. Wow, thats a good win. My longest win is 22 hours. I love this word.
  9. I havent read any either.
  10. My mum has a really nice pair of maroon leather gloves. I borrow one sometimes when I want to be Vorin.
  11. By long win, I mean how long your most recent post 'wins' for. For example, you just won for 3 minutes. (a very short win)
  12. I have a dilemma. So, to win, you have to get everyone else to stop posting. How will we beat TLT if no one is posting? The two reasons for having a presence on this thread are contradictory, oops. You may be asking: Does this mean that winning is bad? No, bad wins don't make sense, bad wins should be defined as loses. But this thread is not called 'The Last Post Loses' its called 'The Last Post Wins,' because of this, it would not do for a good, long win to be seen, in my eyes, as a loss. So therefore I conclude that a short win is the best kind of win on this thread.
  13. Jahora rode into the slums in a an easy silence. He had to dismount to pick and guide his way through the crowded alleyways that led to his shop. "Here we are" He said to Kess as they pulled up in front of the familiar building. He tied his horse up and collected Rose's limp body then strolled easily towards the door. "I run a textiles business alongside the informant one. I used it as a front when I was just starting out, but it brang in a handy amount of revenue so I kept around even though it's not really necessary; at this point most people round here know who I am, what I do, everything like that." His nose filled with the nasal scent of undiluted dye when he opened the door and entered the shop. "Sup Jay" he said, using his free hand to high-five man working the machine that stopped the fabric from fraying. He turned around to face Kess and said "There's a deliberation room out back where we'll try to sort out Rose's issue; it's quite cozy in there, if you were wondering. There's also some accommodation upstairs, should be a spare room for you if you decide to stick around here while we hunt this bounty." He weaved his way through the maze of workers and benches in the shop and opened the side door that lead to his deliberation room. He looked around the shop to trying to spot an idle worker, "Yo Henry, you lazy bugger, can we get some food in here?" He called out, nodding the big man in the direction of the room ahead.
  14. yay. bad art buddies
  15. I drew a picture once. It wasn't very good.
  16. Usually I dont read long posts unless I’m super interested in the topic. Sometimes I read a long posts and I feel accomplished, then I open the spoiler box and discover that the post is even longer than first perceived. Then my sense of accomplishment is stripped from me and I become sad. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk. wins.
  17. That is a long acronym. Makes my church seem so puny in comparison , I'm Baptist. I wear a latex safehand glove when I knead gingerbread dough. (I make a lot of gingerbread). Although the glove gets translucent when I use it too much *scandalous*
  18. "Hey let me try that" Silk let himself laugh as he watched Kell transform. 'Fake wand? Bah." Although that does give me an idea. As he took a cream from the twins he swiped one of the wooden sticks from one of the boy's jacket and hid it up his sleeve. In the same motion he took a bight out of the Cream and smiled gleefully as he turned into a huge feathered creature. Slight of hand never gets old.
  19. AHHHH Kiwi birds are so cute.
  20. I ate a boiled egg today.
  21. I'm listening to Mozart's requiem. (I'm in a mood)
  22. My mum thinks the boba pearls might be off because they're kinda old.
  23. My heart did that tight clenching thing when I read this because I find it relatable. I never speak much in class either, I remember a time where I wasn't so quiet, but that seem like so long ago now. I only has to spend about a month in online school, and during that time I was more active in class than usual. But when I went back to school, I found it hard to talk to people who weren't my extremely close friends. I also sometimes accidently gave teachers death stares when they called on me to answer something because I got so frightened of talking. I found that sitting in the middle of the classroom helps make interacting with the class less scary. I think that it's because sitting in the middle of a discussion is sometimes more awkward than not participating in it. I also find that getting to know your teachers helps me participate more in their classes. I started getting to know the teachers of my best subjects, I started with the geography department, then moved on to the drama department; I only started branching out to different different departments in December last year, after my yearly exams finished and I was less stressed. These things worked for me (to an extent), I'm still very quiet in class, but I defiantly participate more in class now than I did earlier in the year.
