  1. You successfully shoot right at the thing's forehead and it reveals a small metal ball, maybe made of silver or another very bright gray metal, with a lot of engravings. Despite the power of you plasma gun, it seems undamaged and it quickly grows over again. By this point, however, it's reached you and tackles you to the ground and clasps it's cold, wet hands around your neck.
  2. The thing ignores you shots as it goes right through the thing, leaving burning holes in it which quickly fizzle out and the moss grows back over. One of the holes, however, revealed something shiny inside the thing's head before it grew back over.
  3. The thumping goes silent as you shoot the moss. The moss itself seems to be normal moss- little holes appear where you shoot it, so it's not bulletproof or something. But something still feels off... Out of nowhere, a green figure appears out of the shadows and begins to glide towards Tomrin. It's feet meld into the floor, and you can tell it's the same mossy body as you saw earlier- except now it's animate and clearly not happy.
  4. "Uh, sure." I'm silent for a moment. "Ya know, if this is your average book, then even when we do find our way home, we'll probably be like 'oh no I've decided I like here better' or 'oh but they need me here' or something else dumb like that. Course, if this is a Brandon Sanderson book, I doubt he would fall into that trope."
  5. As you all run towards the staff exit, the glowing carpet of moss's light begin to pulse- first slowly, but as you step more an more, it begins to pulse faster and faster before stopping and growing dim... but only for a moment, as it quickly explodes into a malevolent red light. Behind you, you can hear thumping and crashing, growing closer and closer... However, you've arrived at the final barrier leading into the staff exit, a hulking metal door with a control panel- or at least, you assume so, as it's completely covered in moss.
  6. Despite it being rather early in the afternoon, Grace was already exhausted from the interesting day, so she soon is snoring on the couch.
  7. I look over the papers aimlessly. "Uh, I'm afraid I don't know Hebrew. Sorry." I shift uncomfortably. "Gah, these jeans are so scratchy. Sigh. I'll never be able to wear sweats again..."
  8. He scoffs and shuts the door behind him.
  9. "Oh, I'm Daryen. Nice to meet you." He then turns into the bathroom, gets changed and comes back out. "Your turn."
  10. Hmm, I'll join. I'll make my character tommorow, however.
  11. After a little bit more force through the firewalls, not much more information is yielded... except for another map, this time of the Disposal Center itself. It was rather small, and in fact, you had seen most of it already. As everyone else steps around on the moss, the ripples of light glowing from your footsteps start growing larger, rippling out farther from your feet before finally the entire carpet of moss starts to glow consistently.
  12. "It shall be done. I'll be back in a moment, I need to elevate some of them so they can actually get things done without my direction..." He walks off towards the cave he stored is army in.
  13. "Gah. Come on my friend," He says, gesturing towards Xirenia. "We have some people to talk to." @Ella1234
  14. "Okay." He walks into room four with Hoblim. "Do you want to change first or should I?"
  15. @The Unknown Order
  16. Unfortunately, much of the information has been blocked off to you due to firewalls and other precautions built for just this purpose. Still, there is quite a lot of information here, including one very interesting map... There was a lot of interactivity on the map, but a lot of it was limited by the formerly mentioned firewalls. It's also obvious that the small gray cross is the disposal center on the bottom edge of Lake Michigan.
  17. "Your last hours? HAH! You are far, far too optimistic on how long these things take. You have a couple days, at the least. And I think a more fitting punishment for your rather underwhelming crimes is life-long imprisonment, not execution. How lucky for you, yes?"
  18. "How deluded are you?" Anger starts to seep into his voice. "How could you possibly think the singers would destroy the city for you? They suffered just as much as humanity. Do you honestly think they would restart the war just for some extremist that appeared on the wall? You are either insane or an extreme egotist."
  19. "Forget the queen and answer the question."
  20. "I'm sure I could convince her, if necessary. But that doesn't answer my question. Why be captured if you want to be a martyr?"
