  1. Meanwhile, a youngish woman walks past, with dark brown hair tied up in a bun and eyes to match. She has a large pack on her back and oval-shaped eyeglasses on her face. She ignores the small group of people initially before she seems to recognize the monk. "Oh! Friend Hyn! I did not expect to see you here. Who are these people?" She nods to Huzh in recognition.
  2. Dekas blinks, disbelieving his vision at this strange technology. Hr sighs and rubs his temples- this flood of information was giving him a headache.
  3. Dekas looks at you with a slightly confused face. "Have you been spying on me? I am part of no organization that I know of."
  4. Dekas raises an eyebrow at the newcomer. "And who might you be...?"
  5. The eye-thing looks down and begins to shrink, smaller and smaller until it's the size of an actual eye, at which point an actual person begins to materialize around it , starting as a lot of little motes of lights before expanding out and filling the outline of a man, before it darkens a tad and a man is there, cloaked in a suit of light. You can see one of his eyebrows raise, before he waves his hand and a floor of light appears for a moment, covering the exit of the hole before fading out of view.
  6. He shrugs and just watches with a mildly interested look on his face.
  7. "Well, before we got interrupted, the archives was just around the corner. And since we seem to be an entire caravan..." He raises his voice a little, saying "Would anyone like to find any Radiants?"
  8. "Ooh, interesting." A small group of zombies walks over, grabs the plate and begins to hold it up to the entrance as the rest of the army gathers behind and to the side.
  9. "Well, good to see you two getting along. Anyway, shall we head on then?"
  10. "I simply hope there aren't any explosives. Fire does barely anything to my minions- but explosions can gib a massive group of them. Bah, this is why I avoided higher-tech worlds." Meanwhile, a large steam of zombies begin to flood towards the entrance.
  11. "With... an engine? I am no expert in machinery or electronics but I don't think a car engine has all the necessary parts to connect to the satellite system."
  12. Makes sense. If he were back in his realm with his power returned, she would be an excellent opportunity to watch her create a magnum opus, then make it burn in front of her. The rare pain of a craftsman was something the certainly craves now... But no. That's not where he is. He's in this field with this girl being a chance to get that all back. "Good for you. Now, we need to figure out where we are. I'm not sure if we want to use your Narration quite yet... I would prefer a far more controlled space to test your limits, as I don't want you just dying if you try something you can't handle. Any ideas?"
  13. Kess stands outside of the place they were staying. There were no signs of Rose or Jahora anywhere- not inside, not outside. As far as she could tell, neither of them had returned since herself and Jahora went to go visit that old hag. Had they ditched her? She doubted it. Something had probably happened with Rose. That woman... Something was wrong with that one. Where could they be?
  14. "I am Kyt, and this is Cess. We're currently looking for the Lightweavers, but you are welcome to come along so I can help you afterwards."
  15. As the ground sinks, the... thing that was approaches finally comes into view over the hill. It's a ball of light, nearly impossible to look at for it's brightness. It's surface is unblemished aside from what appears to be a pure black stone imbedded into it- obsidian, perhaps. It forms the shape of an iris and has a pupil carved into it, giving the whole sphere the look of a eyeball. It's vision swoops over the abandoned town, searching...
  16. "Oooooor, we could kill them all and then I could speak to them beyond death. Who says we can't have our cake and eat it too?"
  17. "Ah, I am an Edgedancer as well. Tell me, what is your name, friend?"
  18. "Oh, excellent! Of what type are they?"
  19. "That's going to be tough. There's a very, very long list of people who want to, and not many spaces."
  20. "Two wrongs does not make a right." "Oh? Do you have a spren of your own or do you wish to become a squire?"
  21. "STOP!" Kyt's word echoes through the chamber. His eyes are filled with anger. "Stop bickering like children! I have heard this very argument a hundred times before, and I WILL. NOT. TOLERATE. IT." He then turns and kneels over Nalis, sucking in Stormlight from a pouch on his pack, using Regrowth of him, healing any wounds he might of suffered. He then turns to Jerreth. "That was entirely unjustified. I should have you arrested. But I know as well as anybody that sometimes anger overtakes us. And, you," he says, turning to the Singer. "I apologize for the inconvenience." He rummages around in his pack for a moment before pulling out a pair of diamond broams and handing them to him. "You were wondering about the Radiants?"
  22. "What do you mean? It's the perfect plan! If they're all dead, they can't fight anymore. I wish I had thought of it."
  23. "Ooh, lunch sounds nice." I follow behind, wondering what sort of food Elendel had. It's not like ethnic restaurants exist, and even if they could it would be near impossible to get ingredients. Some sort of english food? French maybe? It's probably something unqiue.
  24. "I already told you. It's where most Narrator reside, causing chaos on this plane of existence. It's a pocket dimension, split off from the rest of existance. We could go there now, but it's truly a dreadful place."
