    Back for day two! I'm still using a 3x5 index card, the pens from my school supplies, and two India ink markers, though not the same ones from yesterday.

    "He's not a spren," Kindness says, settling crosslegged in the air.

    Kindness puffs into mist and reforms in a flannel shirt and pants. "Those aren't stars," she says, indicating the Starbursts. "They're square."

    I try. Part of it is I'm taking art this semester, but I like doodling, and I decided to take the leap.

    Inktober day one - Fly. I chose to draw Vin in the mists. I used a 3x5 index card, a pen I found in my school supplies, and two India ink markers for the sash around her waist. I'll admit I cheated a little bit and used pencil in the background, but I had fun.

    "Hmm." Kindness thinks for a moment. "It's not bad... but it's not good either. I think this needs to be investigated more."

    "Why not? Can you not eat spice on it's own?"

    Kindness poofs out of rake form. "Pumpkin spice? So, like spice, but pumpkin-y?"

    "Great! I'll be the rake."

    "That sounds like fun! Anyone want to help me rake leaves?"

    "No. How do we go about doing that?"

    "Or will I? I'm not sure temperature affects me."

    "Live life, huh?" She puts her chin in her hand. "I've always wanted to go swimming."

    "Yay! For now, what should I do?" Kindness sits down on the porch railing.

    "I could swoop around and be a ghost in the dark," Kindness suggests.

    "It's really quite impressive."

    "Oh, yes. This is awesome!" Kindness's form blurs again. "You tastebudded people come up with some pretty darn cool things."
