  1. The A Team certainly seems to be holding. Though that may not bode well for us, Alvron. (And Araris. (And maybe Alpha/Aloha.) ) 10 Votes, 9 Names?
  2. There's something you (and perhaps we) keep missing. Archer says he's a Shade Expert who used their action to self-protect. TKN says he used Glow Paste and saw Archer not using any action at all. These two are fundamentally opposing; there is no claim of interference. One is truth, one is lies. But if TKN is telling the truth, and Archer lies, then E!Archer is most likely not a Shade Expert, no? And thus most likely does not have Silver Bones. Perhaps he could, but that would be four players with Silver Bones and two of which are Elim (unless E!Mat or E!Kas protected E!Archer). But if Archer is telling the truth, then he is a Shade Expert and will survive this day. So we wouldn't need to spend two cycles. We could just spend one, and save the next for further thought. If Archer survives, then TKN's story becomes a lot more questionable, as there's evidence for Archer being the one who protected himself. But Archer isn't seeing that.
  3. Probably a bit dead because it seems unlikely the village goes after anyone besides Archer today. And I think Archer's the right shot for a few reasons. MR49 he went down in a similar way (as a V!Thug in a distro we knew had at least 2 Elim extra lives) and was more... idk, reacted differently. Also MR49 was a wild ride.
  4. But I'm the Son of Threnody and that's not how it works- Fine. I guess that makes more balance sense. So definitely shot one of Archer/Alvron (or someone else with Silver Bones who's just quiet) and hit an SE retribute. Or another rabbit hole, but that's near definite enough for me
  5. Think that means that Sart had to die from Wrath, either normal or the SE's retributive one.
  6. I'll come back to it. I need to think, there's another game that might be relevant, and I'm... nervous. You know me. Does it? ... fine I'll yell this. @Elandera, does Wrath reset once it triggers or once it kills someone? The rules say "dies" but it's an important clarification.
  7. It's when Blood is shed. That doesn't mean a death on normal Threnody, wouldn't be surprised if it didn't need death here.
  8. Alvron, have you lost anything? Same to @Archer I suppose. Otherwise Devotary may have struck again.
  9. The Wrath of Shades is strange. But according to the Simple Rules, it should only reset once someone is killed by it. Not attacked, killed. Which makes things not make sense. Perhaps Sart had a Crossbow and shot one of Alv/Araris and they survived, then Sart died to Wrath of Shades? Or perhaps Wrath of Shades only increases next turn. Edit: and that of course still has a missing Elim kill. Could be a shot on the other of Araris/Alv. Edit Edit: not Araris. Archer. Too many people on the A Team here.
  10. Thief items can be present with players at the start of the game, from my understanding. Thieves can just retrieve them later.
  11. Quiet. I'm just going to note that Dingo!Ash - meaning actual AG8 Dingo - didn't post OOC or game related things at all for what, 4 cycles. I've been trying to avoid that in past games. I'm still inactive, I don't dispute that, but I'm trying to pay attention and add things if I see them. That way I'm actually doing things for people to latch onto, and I remember that the game is a game and not an RP submission. Has Archer done anything to tie himself to me? Or is it just that I voted DeTess? Legends are told, but told infrequent. And I did not play in MR29 It sounds somewhat familiar in retrospect, though. Or some story of the Gods of Luck and Chance guiding Alv during a KKC game. But also, I don't think I've actually faced off against an Elim Alvron, or if I have it's been a while. I could see them being threatening, which is partially what I was looking for. Also for pointing Aman's slip... I think you do me too much credit. I noticed, and thought it could be a slip, but I'm also known myself to hedge statements that probably don't need hedging. I could see myself doing that by mistake, so it just added to a note of strange things. Between that and trying to write an essay (or putting off writing that essay) I didn't change much through rollover. Plus Alv basically said "I wouldn't do that" and that was it. There's probably more (this is just the first page, after all) but trying to sort through what I'm doing now is better than being a discussion black hole until the Elims have thread control again.
  12. Items can't be claimed, but they can get removed. I doubt the Village would manage to snag a Crossbow off Aman, but that likely should wait to claim. Anything not a Crossbow then probably claim it yeah. (And if Aman did have a Crossbow, there's probably a few extra Elims on that train to try and get it back.)
  13. One gone, many to go. Aman had reads, and as perhaps a few noted read Fae/Ash as more Elim while attacking Mat more than either of us. Among other things. And Aman fits the same niche as Alvron in terms of Kas-kill advocacy, although there could be another culprit. But I'm... not done, but almost. Done enough to have more time to look at this. Time for a hunt, perhaps. Quiet.
  14. Probably? If a White Fox roleblocked you you'd get notified that you can't use an action this turn too, isn't that what the clarification is about? (Sorry if someone else pointed that out, still rereading. also hi TJ let me send this and then look at whatever you quoted) (Edit: oh. I don't know if I remember one, but I think it's been nearly done) @The Known Novel, why do you trust me?
  15. Two friends you thought were playing but then suddenly weren't would certainly be jarring for me, at least. Maybe not. But it works for now. I might go look at things later.
  16. It's also possible our White Fox roleblocked the kill and Kas is just Insane.
  17. Maybe the plan wasn't to do the protect part of the WGG ... okay can't whisper emotes. I don't think it's a WGG either, not yet, but I'm not entirely discounting the idea. Plus it lets us look for who'd shoot Kas first. Like Alvron might.
  18. Huh? Oh. I was imagining Telrao/Fae swapping out would make activity less engaging, but there's other reasons I see. You think I'd shoot Kas first? Also immediately assuming the Elims wouldn't WGG Kas is precisely why WGGing is a strategy.
  19. I think that's the idea. Alpha might be a good place to start, although I'd imagine... hmm.
  20. On Sel, Hrovell has Invested Potions that Hrathen uses to mimic the Shaod's symptoms. We don't really know what else they can do though.
