Mat

It’s raining incredibly hard and has been for multiple days. The river is overflowing, roads are closed, school was cancelled, neighborhoods are flooding- my friend was evacuated from his house on a boat- and the church building is flooding. I tried to get there to help the people who could get there in sandbagging/doing other things to help, but couldn’t make it and turned around.

I’m glad I live on a hill :P. Forecasts show rain for the next 24 hours, followed by a day of clouds and more rain.
