Haven't read Infinity Blade or Emperor's soul, so I will assume those characters lose.
Round 1
Vin vs Shai: Dunno who Shai is so Vin wins
Eshonai vs Siris: Dunno who Siris is so Eshonai wins
Adolin vs Dilaf: Dilaf is a very good fighter but Adolin is probably one of the best plate and blade fighters ever so Adolin wins
Raoden vs Alcatraz: Very tough to call but I think Alcatraz will just blast him with the windstormer lens to throw him off and stop him using Aons effectively, and then use the firebringer lens to take him down, also since Raodens powers are Teod-level, they will be weaker anyway, Alcatraz wins.
Kaladin vs Hrathen: Hrathen doesn't stand a chance against Kaladin with Sylblade, lashings, and stormlight, Kaladin wins
David vs Wayne: David can just fly and Wayne can't hit him, David wins
Susebron vs Denth: Susebron wins by sheer amount of Breaths
Vasher vs Wax: Vasher comes out on top by using awakened fabric to distract Wax, then getting close enough to awaken his clothes and strangle him, Vasher wins
Round 2
Vin vs Eshonai: Vin uses coins to stay out of Eshonai's reach and pounds her until her shardplate breaks, if Eshonai gets a lucky lightning strike in their, maybe she wins, but pewter would probably keep Vin going, Vin wins
Adolin vs Alcatraz: Adolin's plate will let him get close and kill Alcatraz before Alcatraz can break his plate and use his lenses effectively, Adolin wins
Kaladin vs David: David is undoubtedly powerful but one hit with the Sylspear and fight over, Kaladins stormlight healing will keep him alive long enough to get close, Kaladin wins
Susebron vs Vasher: Very close fight between similar abilities but I think Vasher's experiance wins the day over Susebrons raw breath number, Vasher wins
Semi-Finals
Vin vs Adolin: Essentialy the same as Vin vs Eshonai, Vin wins
Kaladin vs Vasher: Vasher's experiance might give him a bit of a chance but kaladin is more mobile, more deadly, and has healing, Kaladin wins
Finals
Vin vs Kaladin: Stormlight healing is better than pewter healing and lashings are more manoeuvrable than coins but emotional allomancy might be able to throw Kaladin off or even disable him, however Syl could probably get him out of his funk and the Sylshield can block coins, so Kaladin wins
Overall Winner of the Tournament: Kaladin Stormblessed, Windrunner, bonded with Sylpherena, the ancient daughter.
Bonus Round:
All of the above vs TLR and Inquisitors
Inquisitors probably go down relatively easily but could kill Siris and Shai ( Because I don't understand them) and could seriously wound Hrathen, because he has relatively low mobility and no healing. Because they know TLR weakness, Vasher, Susebron, and Denth distract him with cloth strips, Adolin and Eshonai use there shards to keep his attention on them, while Kaladin, Vin, and David fly above him, blasting him to stop him from focusing on any one person too much, Dilaf and Wayne alternate getting close to try and get the metalminds off while wax uses steelpushing to try and yank the metalminds off. In the end, Alcatraz just uses the windstormer lenses to push them off, causing TLR to die of old age. Victory to the visiting team.
