A man walked up to Lloyd, popped what looked like a sugar cube in his mouth, and placed a hand on Lloyd's chest. Immediately color began returning to Lloyd's face.

Two soldiers immediately brought up a large pack. full of medical supplies. Someone hooked up a pipe to Lloyd's nose, and various injections were administered.

Kade bowed. Then did as Concerto asked.

A soldier slung him over his shoulder, and the group hurried to one of the trucks.

The woman looked at Janice. "Don't worry you'll get a chance to talk to him soon. Until then..." She paused thinking. "Why don't you come with me. I need to talk to you about what happened." She began to walk off. The paramedics picked up the stretcher then walked over to the woman, waiting for instructions. "Put her in the chopper. We need to chat."

Kade walked over to Concerto. "I apologize for this fiasco."

The woman stared at him blankly, then smirked. "If I was you wouldn't know, they keep their assassins from knowing very much about the members. But I'm evidently not. Or you'd be a corpse. But if you like that could be remedied." She looked towards the soldiers, and nodded. "Cuff him. And yes he's a fear manipulator." She smiled sadly. "I'm sorry, but I can't verify that. We'll take him back to Sabir, and if it turns out his Loyalties really have changed, then we'll severely reduce his sentence. If not..." She let the statement hang in the air. "Don't worry we'll make sure of his loyalties before we have the trial." Two paramedics came out and set down a stretcher. The woman looked towards Cadenza, "Please get on."

"There were four." Kade affirmed. "The traitor bolted, and the other must have followed." As if a passing thought he kicked Aerith in the stomach. "Next time we fight, you won't walk away from it with only broken ribs."

The woman pulled out a gun, and held it to Lloyd's forehead. "Arresting an assassin. Now get up, or I will kill you." More soldiers came hurrying over. The soldiers ignored them.

Kade stared at Aerith. "That's what she said. Shame she's not around to argue your case." Kade turned into a human, pulled out a dagger, and held it to Chorale's neck. "Get up. Now."

She looked over to two soldiers, and motioned for them to come over. They had a whispered conversation, and then walked back to Lloyd. Both soldiers pointed guns at him. "You're under arrest in the name of Sabir, for conspiring with terrorists, and affiliation with the Talon." The woman nodded to the soldiers, and one poked him in the back with the barrel of his gun. "Up."

Kade grimaced. "Shame's dead, along with my wife." Kade smiled darkly. "Concerto will see about that..."

The woman who had summoned the helicopter tapped Lloyd on the shoulder. "Do I know you?"

Kade lifted a paw up, ready to deliver a killing blow, but restrained himself. Instead he placed a paw on her throat. "One move, and I won't hesitate to end your life."

Kade grunted as he was kicked in the chest, but largely ignored the pain. He protracted his claws, then raked them across Chorale's face.

Kade grinned, then pounced on Chorale.

Kade jumped back, rolling to put the fire out, then turned. Ready to pounce.

The woman pulled out a scry. "The area is secure, proceed with the extraction." Jeeps began pulling into the area, and soldiers came jumping out. A helicopter came in from overhead. The woman looked up, nodded. Then spoke back into her scry. "We need medical assistance, there are wounded here." She looked towards Cadenza, and Janice. "Now, how about we get some real doctors to see your arm?" @Condensation @Channelknight Fadran

Kade hit the ground hard. But he would live. He looked towards the cliff face, sighed, and began climbing up it.
