Why is it that when worse depression = worse writers block

Absolutely not. I either get extreme writers block or I can’t stop writing very very dark things that make everything worse.

Sometimes, though, writing about what you feel can make it better. It's similar to listening to a sad song when you're feeling sad, I think.
