  1. Very sorry, but I'm retconning all of your guys' epic ideas because I just came up with the best way to name my numbers: 1: Ine 2: Kugi 3: Satu 4: Taka 5: Ern 7: Saita 8: Mang 9: Leio (10): Tanjo (11): Reye (12): Saun If you can figure out my system I'll share my extra chapters with you
  2. - EVENING OF THE FIRST DAY - Mission in Progress: Reconnaissance Current Time: 8:50 PM (Zulu Time)
  3. Basically because it was between you and Xino last time around and Xino turned out to be village. Again, I probably won't stick with this vote for the entire time.
  4. It is December

    It is officially Christmas Season

I still feel like it should be barely half past summer

I did not get anywhere near 50K words for NaNoWriMo

I have to put in my two weeks in about ten days. Yikes

am now officially sitting on like a gazillion dollars but I'm going to college soon so you'd better believe I'm not gonna get to do anything fun with it

I'm leaving for college in a little over a month

I've been a legal adult for way too long

What in the world and I supposed to do?

My artistic ability has improved significantly tho so that's cool

Iconar Collective? Can't write it for the life of me recently. The re-rough draft is 43K words rn and about a third of the way done but I honestly have no clue how to take it from here

Changed the layout of the series from a trilogy to [number unknown] full novels to make it a saga instead, Robert Jordan style

Probably started about fifteen other projects that never got past the first few pages

What am I doing? It's not time for a year in review. There's still one month to go

    (December shouldn't count but whatever)

    Kay uhhh bye

The second Thanksgiving was over, I ran around the house shouting, "MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!"

      My family was not amused.

NaNoWriMo is HARD... I got maybe 300 words lmao xD (Middle school has way too much homework and I have too many chores and I roleplay too much to think about that lol--those are my feeble excuses)

College? That's still a while off for me, so I have no comment except GOOD LUCK! Are you going to a local college or out of state?

This is all stuff I borderline relate to ^

And I just realized you have the same birthday as my little bro. Happy very belated birthday.

      The fifteen project thing.

I think most of us writers do that lol.

I have a bunch of different project ideas, one I'm saving for when I'm a much better writer, another I'm going to try and write, and then another... that one could be setting up for the one when I'm better and could be amazing. Oh, and the one I'm writing with another guy which is gonna be a series of who knows how many novels.

Needless to say, I get it.

      *laughs in having finished NaNoWriMo*

And according to my calendar, it’s actually the FIRST DAY of summer

      on the Southern Hemisphere

      :P

      *cries*

  5. “Well yeah, it’d take a lot of training and practice. Nobody makes a domain in a day.”
  6. “Well… I mean, you could probably do that too, but I was talking about the domain thing.”
  7. “Basically, I think you could do the same thing with your weird bunny magic.”
  8. Questions for the completers: which arc was your favorite?
  9. Kris almost protested again, but closed his mouth and let her words hang over the room. She was right; they were wasting time. And he hadn’t been planning to expose any imposters right away. His callout had been to put on some pressure. For now, it was about going through with the plan. “Alright. I know the layout pretty well, but nowhere near as well as an ex-elf. Give me the ins and outs of this place: all of it.”
  10. “I’m sure you’re willing to risk everything, but the one thing you shouldn’t is this plan.” Kris sat down. “After all, I imagine there’s already at least one spy among us right now.”
  11. He started gesturing around the room. “Ynma dropped in from the ceiling, Vacity got in from under the door, and you opened up for me when the only thing I did was knock. You’re trying to break into the most secure place on the planet, but left positions open for anyone and everyone - friend or foe alike.”
  12. “Well, I’m not the expert, but I think step one would be to filter your associates better.”
  13. “What if the distraction isn’t effective enough? What if the reindeer are on patrol? How do we know which workshop Santa’s going to be in? Will basic disguises get infiltration past the guards?” Kris tapped the whiteboard. “You’re far from the first to attempt an assassination here. None before have ever even made it to the pole.”
  14. Kris caught the pen and glanced at the whiteboard. “I think I’d be good at… fool-proofing your plan a little. There are a lot of holes in it right now.”
  15. Kris raised a hand. "I'm terrible at distractions." The legos - Ynma was their name - wiggled around indicatively. "I'm really more of an infiltration type." Vacity gargled excitedly. I LOVE distractions!
  16. Rough breakdown of how my next actions might go if we end up executing Xino: If Xino's elim: great! We took out a baddie. Figure it out from there. If Xino's village: ooo. Eyes back on Silho and Fifth. If Xino's jedi: frickin KNEW it. If Xino's sith: goshdangit
  17. "Course you do. Moving on." Vance had realized that he still had, like... eighty leading questions to go, so he decided to cut to the chase. While Kealie skinned the deer, he started scraping in the dirt with his dagger. "So... basically..." Vance sketched out a rough circle. "Magic has range. As a rule of thumb, it's harder to control something that's farther away. This is a result of a couple principles: namely that all magical energy is harnessed through yourself and requires energy to be moved about, and that manipulating something that you aren't clearly observing is just difficult in general." He poked a dot in the center of the circle with his finger. "Say this is me, and that circle is my range. I'm the center of my own magical influence. Makes sense, right? Though in practice it's more like a gradient." Vance sketched out a series of outer rings around the initial circle, making each one thinner and lighter than the last. "The farther it gets from me, the less the same amount of energy can manipulate." Vance then started scribbling a series of symbols between each ring: just random squiggles, this time around. "Now, obviously, range is important for wizard warriors, so we've come up with a few ways of getting around this limitation. For example: spell symbols." He finished scribbling in the... well, scribbles. "This isn't a real one, but you get the point. You can imbue your magic into inscribed lattices like these to effectively store it for later use." He poked another dot into the dirt a couple feet away from the scuffed 'spell circle,' drawing another circle around this as well. "Now I effectively have two centers of manipulation, which vastly increases my capabilities across a battlefield. And this principle carries over to the likes of metal enchantment and energy concrentration. For example, a concentrated beam of wind is going to have a lot more range than a spherical blast of fire. I could go on all day about various ways to set up your magic to make it work at peak efficiency, but that would... well, take all day. Basically, all this is to say that..." Hrm. How to put this? "...So... You know that creepy mansion back there? How I called it that witch's 'domain'? Hopefully all this sheds a bit of light on what I meant. She'd spent years imbuing her magic into the building, which meant that just about everywhere inside it acted as an effective center for her magic usage. Her energy was spent much more efficienty within the building's perimeter than ours was." Vance pointed his dagger at Kealie, then realized that maybe that wasn't the most polite way to make a point and set it back down. "All this to say that I think you can do just about the same thing with your magic."
  18. Vance thumbed back towards the way they came. "So you know how I was talking about all that 'never fight someone in their own domain' stuff? Lesson... two, I think?"

I think it's gonna be alright at least.

though, it's combining all the Mario games into the movie, and... I'm actually happy with that.

I think it's gonna be somewhat fun.
