    Thaidakar's phone began sparking. Nameless raised his hands, red lightning crackling at his fingertips.

    "Anyways, I'm going to go ahead with the ritual." Nameless truck a match and began lighting candles.

    "Yeah, they don't want to touch the movie anymore. I mean, after the scandal..."

    "Yeah, well... we kinda need 25 million for the marketing."

    "Right, those. Well, uh, our budget of American dollars is rather small."

    "I have no idea what that means."

    "Exactly. Cosmere money is worthless."

    "You made those out of thin air. They're worthless."

    Nameless sighed. "Well, yeah, but you still have to pay taxes on the stuff you make. Anyways, this ritual is really expensive. We don't have the budget to do two. At least not if we want to pay the scriptwriters."

    Nameless looked up at Thaidakar. "Have you seen your budget?"

    "You know, like it would be cruel to summon one but not the other?"

    Nameless rolled his eyes. "Is this some kind of moral thing?"

    Nameless snorted dismissively. "Why would we have to do that?"

    Nameless pulled out his arcane ritual chalk. "Anyone want to help me start the summoning ritual?"

    Moni did not, in fact, want to play Vin. Nameless had been thinking of using Vin to play Vin.

    Fortunately, Nameless knew the perfect woman for the job.

    Why don't you want to continue? Do you think I won't change my mind? Because we argued one time without either of us agreeing to the other's points?

    I... what? It's a picture. How can I have a subjective opinion about a picture? The top left suit of Plate is more rounded, but there is still a line in the middle. Starting in the top left corner of the chestplate, there's a line that runs to the middle, then turns straight down. And half the chestplate is shaded, following a line. And even if it was rounded, a human chest is not rounded like that.

    Both suits of Shardplate in that picture are slightly pointed.

    I agree that Living Plate can provide both way tactile senstation, but the differences in shape between a chestplate and a human chest are way too different for that to matter unless the chestplate changes shape dramatically. Could you get me the quote on that? Anyways, I took that scene to mean not that the Plate can turn invisible, but that it can become intangible. It can stay in the form of Plate while dismissed, ready to be resummoned instantly.

    Yeah, so much simpler to ask the plate to resize, as opposed to just dismissing it. And besides, it gives him.... what benefit exactly?
