    Well, Odium wants the most money, so he's going around mugging the other shards to kill them and burn their money.

    Nameless nodded. "Well, just watch out for it. I've heard it's been gathering an army somewhere, looking for revenge."

    Nameless scratched his chin. "Can't remember what page it was on."

    "One of Thaidakar's old enemies. A Rosharan phoenix."

    Nameless shook his head. "Well, good luck with the phoenix."

    "Mraize was a narrator?"

    Nameless frowned. "Whose essence did you use?"
  9. NameIess
    Nameless shrugged. "Both of you, although I'm guessing Micheal would be far easier. Narrators can't just make narration powers out of nothing, so you must have given Michael a bit of your own essence."

    Nameless smiled. "This means that my narration will always be slightly stronger than yours, right? Meaning I can overwhelm you if I wanted to?"

    Nameless stared at the city for a moment. Then he grabbed Michael and took the narration powers back. "Yeah, you can have them Sur."

    Nameless tapped Micheal on the shoulder. "You know what? Just take it. I'm not giving Thaidakar's narration powers to someone unconnected to him, and if Sur over there doesn't want it..." He shrugged, giving Michael the powers of Narration.

    Nameless blinked. "Wow, that was quick. Anyways, this belongs to you." He placed his hand on Sur's chest, transferring power into him.

    Nameless looked on in confusion. "Who are you?" He shook his head. "Doesn't matter. Would you like to be a god?"

    Nameless nodded. "Michael, do you want to be a god?"

    Nameless looked at Thaidakar. "Well, that was dramatic. Ah well. Hey Spook, you want to become God?"

    Nameless shrugged as he expanded to be everywhere and everything. Then he abruptly stopped glowing. "there, that wasn't too bad, was it?"

    Nameless rolled his eyes. "Fine. Give it to me, and I'll make sure it gets to someone who can use it properly."

    Nameless sighed. "Look. Why do you care about being Adonalsium so much? It doesn't really matter. You're a narrator. Almost any other power is secondary."

    "Why were they fighting withergeists? That's suicide! They didn't know how to kill them. I'm surprised only half of them died. And why did you make them so dependent on you? and if you'd died it wouldn't have been any better for them."

    Nameless threw his arms in the air. "I saved your life! Why would any of them hate me for that?" He eyed Thaidakar carefully. "Actually, don't answer that."

    Nameless blinked. "Wait, what? Why?"

    Nameless sighed. "What happened to the whole big evil enemy thingy?"

    Nameless punched Thaidakar in the face. "You have a piece of the guy who swore to kill me inside of you, and you only told me now?!"

    Thaidakar exploded. Nameless glared at him. “What in the light are you doing? My narrator powers being stolen doesn’t make me not a narrator.” Thaidakar punched himself in the face.
