Although I guess we didn't try leaving." A tap came at the door. "Hello? I just appeared outside your house with no memory and a vague desire to learn. Can I come in?"

    Moni kept running, barely taking any time to observe her new surroundings. How long do we have to do this for? "Okay. Well, good luck on your thread-domination plans or whatever. Hope I don't have to kill you sometime!" Nameless disappeared into shadow to go hunt down TOC's killer.

    Well, yeah. Don't think that will change the Knight's stance on chaotic-dark beings specifically though. "Useless? How so?"

    Nameless groaned. "Of course that would happen. Oh well. At least that abomination hasn't attacked me. I'd honestly expected them to send it to eliminate me."

    Ennulers are ordered-dark beings, actually. "Well, we could find someone who had a mordite blade in the past, find their grave, and then rob it!" Nameless winced. The essence of the Moxie ability was indeed rather painful. He grabbed TOC again. "Where's you leader? And who are they?"

    Ennulers are mimes/consultants. "Ah. Of course." Nameless dropped TOC into the fiery pit of lava to be ripped apart by the sharks. "Oh, sorry. I thought you were experimenting with Mordite. Don't worry though, I have a solution. We can go grave robbing!"

    "Nowhere? Who's that?" Nameless looked back at Soulmover, dangling TOC over a cliff by one leg. Nameless reappeared. "Are you sure you know what you're doing? This kind of process can be extremely deadly if you don't." Yeah. And Nameless is tagging along because they're hunting his avatar. Ah. Wonderful. Moni dashed around another corner. What do we do now?

    Moni nodded, taking a left at the first intersection she came to. Can the Knight track us? "Yeah, same here. Anyways, if you'll excuse me, I have to go take vengeance on those who disrespected my friend Unintelligible." Nameless tackled TOC to the ground.

    "Well, you see, they tried explaining it, but it didn't really work. Moni's convinced that if she unbonds the the remnants of X, they'll kill him." "Oh come on. You call that a purification machine? Frankly, that's pathetic. I can get more efficiency out of my old designs." Nameless pulled out a mordite dagger, twirling it carefully. "Actually, I already did." "Of course. Well, good luck with your arrogance thing. Hopefully you fare better than all of Thaidakar's characters before now. Did I tell you why I wanted to kill this TOC guy? Let me explain." Nameless launched into a detailed description of all the events of TLT so far, which, after several hours, eventually got to the point at which Rond had turned Unintelligible's ashes into a mindless weapon which TOC had used in an attempt to kill Nameless. "I'm still not sure who exactly TOC's boss is, but I'm sure it'll become relevant at some point."

    "Huh. You know they're all narrators, right? Whatever. Anyways, yes. I'd like you to bring TOC back. I need to kill him personally, and figure out who his boss is so I can kill them too."

    "I don't know. I'm not in charge of the culinary stuff, someone else is. By the way, did you just kill TOC, Thaidakar, and Thaidakar #2, ending all of their respective plots permanently? Cause that's too bad. that TOC guy seemed to have some decent potential."
