  1. Everything was relative, so technically nothing mattered.
  2. "Well, I guess we could do one person for each thing. I was more thinking we'd get everyone a bunch of everything."
  3. "Courage for the obvious reasons, although I find myself agreeing with Alcatraz when it comes to the kind of courage that you need to go into the Tower of Ghengei. Fire hurts the Aelfinn and Eelfinn, disrupts their magic somewhat. Music can lull them, although it stops working once they get angry. Iron is just about the only material that can touch them."
  4. "Kind of. Technically we need three things. 'Courage to strengthen, fire to blind, music to dazzle, iron to bind.' But courage can't be collected easily."
  5. "I didn't really care about that. Maybe you did, but it was fine with me. I liked Mat more anyways, and he really comes into his own in that book." "Yeah. If we're going to go to the tower, we need music, iron, and fire."
  6. "Rand's less a character and more a plot point in that book. The Well of Ascension isn't really in WoA that much, but no one complains about that title. Everyone is looking for Rand, revolving around Rand, and at the end he appears. And I didn't really have a problem with the pacing."
  7. "That's not a legitimate point against the books." "Well, technically. My magic's homeworld, at least."
  8. "Minor changes? Right. Keep lying to yourself." "I'll just make a gateway. Dimensional travel is difficult without an angreal, but I should be able to manage it heading back to my homeworld."
  9. Nameless casually blasted the wisp of smoke with Balefire.
  10. "Figured. You'd probably have remembered the Tower of Ghenjei if you had."
  11. "Not really. Alphabetically somehow, I presume." "TAAron, have you read WoT?"
  12. "In another dimension." Nameless picked up Towers of Midnight again, opening it at his bookmark.
  13. "You wouldn't last three seconds in there alone. Your options are either living like this for the rest of your life, or dragging me and Haly along to the tower with you."
  14. Nameless put his hand on TAAron's shoulder. "You won't die alone, no matter what happens."
  15. "Yeah. It was on the list the infirmary staff gave me. I think it said something about foreign investiture exacerbating the damage to your soul." Nameless put another book down, moving on to one of the last few he hadn't read.
  16. "Yeah." Nameless put down another book. "Lets get this finished, yeah?"
  17. "I doubt it would help. The only way to balance the body and soul would be to give him sever brain damage."
  18. "But his brain is perfectly fine. It's his soul that's damaged."
  19. "No advice other than 'send the damaged soul to meet the ancient ones'." Nameless moved on to another book.
  20. "Of course not. That stuff's never worked." Nameless set the book down, then pulled an ancient scroll from the pile and began reading.
  21. Nameless looked up from reading Towers of Midnight by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson, piled of books untouched on the table. "Uh, well, I guess."
  22. Nameless sighed, sitting down and cracking open the first of the books.
  23. I didn't watch much of it, but I'm going to say that the general lack of announced features is a good thing.
  24. Nameless shrugged, dropping the books on the table in front of Haly. "TAAron wanted to see if there were any alternatives before we went for the more dangerous option."
