    "Fine. Everyone looks exhausted, so I'll do it." Unintelligible closed his eyes, focusing. The thread rippled, and suddenly the group was standing in the middle of a gladiatorial arena, surrounded by a cheering audience.

    Unintelligible looked at the space where Subversion had disappeared. "Alright, who wants to try teleporting us after her now? I can do it if no one else wants to."

    The Subversion-fish chose this moment to reveal that her teeth could in fact bite through Platypus's skin, being specially sharpened by her Narrative powers. After chomping a few fingers, the fish transformed into a dragon, ripped a hole into the thread, and disappeared through it.

    Unintelligible squinted up at this fish in Platypus' hands. "Uh, was Subversion a Purple Death Chomper before? I thought she turned into a Northeastern clownfish."

    "I don't think anything like that can block my powers. And I'm not sensing any portals down there. I think she just teleported away once she got too far away for us to track it."

    Unintelligible gave Everyone a concerned look. "I do, but I don't think there's any use looking for her here. I can't sense Subversion's presence anywhere."

    Hah! impressive. But you're too slow. Far below the vengeance party, Subversion's presence continued deeper and deeper into the earth, before vanishing abruptly.

    "Yes. Makes my job a lot easier." The ocean constricted around the group, water forcing its way into their mouths and doing its best to drown all of them.

    Subversion quickly shapeshifts into a fish and swims into a tiny crack in the ocean floor. “You’ll never catch me, Narrators!”

    The well-dressed nobles suddenly drew knives and attacked, calling for guards.

    Unintelligible glared at Everyone, which of course was impossible to see in the dark. “Look, it’s not like you could do any better.”

    Nameless stood up with the help of Nurse Joy, slowly limping over to TAAron. “That would probably be a good idea, yeah.”

    “All right. Everyone stay close. I’m going to try.” Unintelligible’s eyes began glowing with swirling power, and the thread warped around the group. “Globolith timolo barol. Shemali tuminue altria.” The group felt a sharp jolt and suddenly the ground beneath them was hard and rocky, and the air felt stale and decayed. Surrounding them was a pure darkness, unbroken by even the rains test shimmer of light.

    “How about I try next?” Unintelligible summoned a sword, leaping into the dragon’s mouth and bursting out the back of its head. He landed gracefully, dragon corpse collapsing behind him. “I can’t Narrate, but my Ookla powers should be able to find Subversion anyways.”

    Subversion's illusion fades away, revealing the actual location that everyone is in.\ The landscape is broken, covered in green. Shapes move in the shadows around the group, shifting vines surround them. tentatively, one of the vines wraps itself around Rym's boot. "Uh, guys? I don't think it worked." Unintelligible shooed a vine away from him, backing towards the rest of the group. "I don't know where we are, but I think we should probably leave before these plants get too hungry." As he says this, a shriek sounds in the distance.

    Unintelligible stared at Rym's sword nervously. "So, platypus whatever-your-name-was, you ready to try that Narration?"

    Unintelligible paused. "Uh.... maybe? I have a creepy feeling. Like when you're in a dark alley, and you think you smell a plate of freshly baked cookies."

    Nameless growled, shoving himself upright. "TAAron! Stop that right now. I know you're upset, alright? Believe me, I know. But if you ever want to see your friend again, you've got to live long enough to get your soul healed! So stop using allomancy before you make yourself lose your memories again."

    "I... see." Nameless opened his mouth, looking uncomfortable, then closed it. "I'm... that must be hard."

    "Right. Let's go then, shall we?" Unintelligible paused. "Uh, so does anyone have a way of finding her? If not, I can try to use my powers to get us there."

    "Ah, excellent." Unintelligible grins. "Everyone, you ready?" @Sequence

    "Nice to meet you too. Could you, um, explain why TAAron freaked out like that?"

    Nameless blinked. "Huh. So that's what his spre-er, Tors looks like?"

    Nameless watched him go, cursing softly. "Storm it TAAron, now is not a great time to split up."
