  1. Whichever one the second half of the song changes to. What’s your worst pet story?
  2. Just lost while explaining how posting on topics in the Forum Games and Random Stuff forum doesn't increase post count.
  3. Yep. It’s in the word doc I’m putting together.
  4. Right. I knew he had one that I was forgetting. That is correct. It's Mordite, which is different. Xinoeph512 has some blogs about TLT lore like Mordite on his profile if you want to know more.
  5. "There are ways, none easy. Especially if you want to find a powerful Plotblade. For one powerful enough to make a difference in the coming battle..." Unintelligible sighed. "We'll probably want to talk to a Narrator." We really should make a list of Plotblades that exist so we don't make duplicates. off the top of my head, I remember Conflict, Vengeance, Unity, Plot, Suddenly Pineapples, and Sidekick (Unintelligible's new Blade). Does anyone else remember others that I'm forgetting? @Thaidakar the Ghostblood @The Bookwyrm @Sequence @xinoehp512
  6. "There are some ways. Powerful weapons, such as the more important Plotblades, could put one on a somewhat even footing."
  7. "In that case, you're going to have a very hard time. This enemy undoubtedly has powers strong enough to be a threat to all of reality. For mere mortals like you and I, stopping whatever is coming should be impossible."
  8. The figure begins fading away. "You misunderstand. I do not wish you to succeed; I merely needed to inform you of the dangers of carrying that blade. To do otherwise would not be honorable. However, I doubt Thaidakar will be hard to find. He is... not very subtle." page 2400!
  9. "The blade is made of Mordite, Chaotic Darkness solidified. Any injury inflicted by the blade will be nigh-impossible to heal, and I do mean nigh-impossible. Even Narrators would find the task difficult. More importantly, the blade will be able to kill any foe, no matter how powerful. This is why your master has sent you to claim it. As a Narrator, Thaidakar cannot be slain by anything else. So be very careful with this blade. While you carry it, some of the most powerful forces in TLT will have reason to fear you."
  10. Just inside, he finds a formless figure made of multifaceted light. The figure speaks softly. "Drilk. I give you a warning. It would not be fair to allow you to claim the blade you seek without informing you of its dangers."
  11. "Interesting. Do you think it had anything to do with this new enemy guy? The one that's probably not Plot?"
  12. Not really 1765
  13. So what color is it normally? 1763
  14. Isn’t all text black by default? 1761
  15. Wait, we're doing bolded text? 1757
  16. "So he might not be dead." Unintelligible cocked his head. "I'm curious. Where did you meet The? How long did you know him?" -- Nameless opened his mouth to tell Shadow something else, but was cut off as the fog suddenly thickened, shrouding his form until it was barely distinguishable from the other shifting shapes in the fog. "It looks like I'm out of time. I wish I could help you more, but I'm bending the rules just being here." As he spoke, the fog became even more dense, indistinct shapes coming closer to reality. "You'll find Moniker in the ruins of the Ghanderflaffle empire. When the time is right, Moni will know what to do." Nameless' voice faded as he spoke, as Shadow felt himself waking up. "I wish... Be careful, Shadow. Don't trust anyone. This enemy, he is differ-" Shadow woke up, still in Nameless' empty house. @Thaidakar the Ghostblood
  17. "Well, that's fine. I'm sure you'll figure it out as you continue on your quest. By the way, what's your quest?"
  18. "Interesting. Amnesia, do you think? Or do you just not have a backstory?"
  19. Unintelligible examines the leg closely. "Hm. Looks like a metal leg. Is it magic? I knew someone with a leg like this, and his was made from an extremely rare metal that held great power. Is yours like that?"
  20. "Well, it makes me extremely powerful and basically invincible. For about five minutes, at least." Unintelligible sighs. "Just after I meet someone new, I briefly gain a burst of power, but after I get to know them, that power mostly goes away. Might be other things the Blade can do, but that's what I've figured out about it so far."
  21. "Not really. Narrators are beings with godlike power who create people, places, and plots, they basically do whatever they want. Authors are... more mysterious. They're the ones who made this place, and they only very rarely interact with the world in any way besides through their Narrator and, less commonly, through their characters. Plotblades are remnants of an entity known as Plot, powerful weapons that embody certain aspects of plot." Unintelligible pulled his sword out of its sheath. "This is one of them. Not sure exactly what aspect it is, but I think it's something along the lines of "sidekick". Not a very powerful Blade, as Plotblades go, but it's better than nothing."
  22. "Oh, so you're new here? Haven't heard of Narrators, Authors, Plotblades, that sort of thing?"
  23. "Oh, they're all over the place. Narrators are always making stuff partway and then forgetting about it. I'm sure it won't be too hard to find something like that."
