Hello Everyone I am completely new here and a bit lost - i just know that i am not supposed to accept any cookies that are offered to me My favourite series by Brandon Sanderson is: Alcatraz vs. the evil Librarians and The Way of Kings (just about to read the 2nd half of Words of Radiance for the 1st time) I also really liked: The Rithmatist The Emperor's Soul Warbreaker Legion Still have to read a lot of his books, including Skyward, but I'll get to it The Final Empire and I have a bit of a difficult relationship so far (about 1/3 in) but we will see how this turns out

Hi Great you found your way to his books! They are (with a few exceptions) connected through the Cosmere. It's like the univers in which his storys are set but on different planets. As they are separated you can read his books in any order you like (series still in the intended order please ) - there are some easter eggs in his books, hinting at other books but that are just small funny things you find in a reread There are very few characters that are hinted that they visited other planets in the cosmere but nothing really confirmed. PS: Here is a link from Brandon Sandersons homepage where you can read Sample Chapters, Deleted Scenes and Short Stories from his books. Hi Maybe it's a stupid question but do we know why it's so hard to invent new Lines? (it's been a while since i read the book) They say you have to know what a Lines does as a Rithmatist for it to work, but can't I just draw a new line with the intend for it do, for example amplify sounds or increases speed,...?
