  1. “I think so.” She let go of one of Ed’s hands and began pulling daggers out from her bag, counting them. It was impressive how many she had managed to fit in there. It was like a clown car of knives. It made her smile a bit. Jenny loved her daggers.
  2. 3 - 4. She’d need to catch up. Jenny slowly but surely made her way over to her bag, leaning heavily on Ed. Instead of giving her customary glare, she didn’t look at Roy. She sat down next to her bag and began rifling through it. Nothing seemed to have been moved, although that didn’t necessarily mean it hadn’t been messed with. She then proceeded to sit there awkwardly, staring at her hands in her lap. @RoyalBeeMage @Scars of Hathsin
  3. “Yes please. He makes me nervous. Also, I’m still not confident in my ability to walk.” There was something about Roy that worried her. She had no idea what it was; it was beyond her simple hatred for him. It was indistinct, which made it all the more anxiety inducing. Ed always made her feel safer, though.
  4. Eventually, Jenny reluctantly pulled back. ”I should go make sure Roy isn’t sabotaging our stuff.” She’d left her bag next to him. She probably should’ve been more careful. Roy had some weird scheming stuff going on and the possibility of him spiking food with something wasn’t out of the question. @Scars of Hathsin
  5. Eza grabbed the bandages the man was holding and burned iron, pulling hard on a thick blue line she could see extending into the alleyway behind her. She attempted to lift the bandages gently and jump so that her feet wouldn’t make scraping noises as she was yanked away. Eza was less than certain that would be stealthy enough to avoid notice. If her target was distracted enough, however, there was a chance he might not notice. She was already regretting her decision. Why would Lum opt for such a risky thing when a much safer option was available? Lum likely didn’t mean for her to run away, but she was technically following instructions. She could get the bandages back to them in time. They probably wouldn’t bleed out that quickly. They would have no right to be mad at her after this fiasco. Truth be told, she wanted an excuse to flee. @Stormlightsong @Scars of Hathsin
  6. Jenny jumped, startled. How long had Aaron been watching them? She blushed and turned towards him. ”Sorry!” She hadn’t intended for her Cryokinesis to spread so far. Maybe experimenting with her potentially dangerous powers wasn’t the best of ideas. It was really fun, though. ”And we still need to wait for Rob and Harold.” Aaron seemed pretty antsy. It hadn’t been that long since they left. His nervousness made sense, though. She was on edge too after being ambushed by monsters. @Weaver of Lights
  7. Thanks for following me!

Nothing too it. i was a bit late in following you however

  8. I think they’re somewhere out there. TPBM has pet a chinchilla.
  9. Have a bottle cap. I have a totally-not-forged passport.
  10. Granted. Everyone else is convinced it’s a mini horse. I wish for a friendly puma.
  11. Stormcloaks! Filthy traitors!
  12. Jenny smiled, pulling herself a bit closer. She wasn’t sure if Ed wanted to kiss or not. She was perfectly happy with either option. Jenny just wanted to stay there with him. He was amazing.
  13. “Good.” The temperature rose back to normal and the frost melted away swiftly. Without Jenny’s active focus on it, the cold dissipated quickly. She held on for a little while after it was no longer necessary, reluctant to break the hug. She wondered why he was staring at her eyes. Maybe he thought her eyes were pretty. Jenny stared at Ed’s eyes because she thought they were pretty, after all.
  14. He’s there in spirit
  15. “Oh, sorry! That was me.” Jenny felt terrible, Ed was shivering. She hadn’t thought through this very well. Jenny could only lower temperature, not raise it. Her siblings had made craters that shot up fire before, but that wouldn’t be helpful here. She wrapped her arms around Ed and tried to give him a big hug to warm him up. She herself wasn’t cold, perhaps slightly warmer than usual. ”Is this helping?”
  16. We're not waiting to be killed by a dragon! We need to pull back!
  17. After a while, Jenny decided that she should practice using her powers. If she was careful, she wouldn’t tire herself out. Necromancy didn’t strain her at all. She didn’t want to quit sitting with Ed, so she decided on Cryokinesis. Jenny had managed to use it a bit during the fight with Roy. She placed one of her hands on the ground in front of them. Closing her eyes, she imagined its heat. The warmth held in the soil, remains of what sunshine left in its wake. She tried to pull it away, steal it for herself. Jenny warmed slightly, but that warmth dissipated quickly. The ground surrounding her hand now had a thin layer of frost from the nearby air also losing heat. It wasn’t much and would likely not have any practical usage, but it was something. It was also rather pretty looking.
  18. Jenny smiled back and snuggled closer. She didn’t want to fall asleep in the slightest. She wished that they could stay in that moment forever, or at least without the pressure of the quest weighing on them. Hopefully they’d both survive the quest. Jenny managed to hide her anxiety about that, not wanting to ruin the moment.
  19. Both of them had come very close to never being ok again because of Roy. Ed probably didn’t need to hear that right then, however, so Jenny just squeezed his hand back. She relaxed a bit and started leaning against him more, glancing over her shoulder at where the others were. ”I don’t really want to go back there right now.” Jenny didn’t trust herself to not immediately make a fool of herself by acting strangely in front of Roy. She needed to cool down for a bit, first.
  20. “That doesn’t make much sense. Why would he say that about me if he liked me? Maybe he doesn’t like me as a person, just how I look.” Jenny had decided that Roy being attracted to only her looks was the worse option. It meant his tenuous politeness to her could easily disappear if she got disfigured in battle or her hair looked really bad. It also just weirded her out. ”I need to figure out how to be nice enough that he doesn’t take his anger out on you but not nice enough that he takes it the wrong way. I’m the absolute worst person for this.”
  21. Eza eyed the bandages. No metal, that would make them difficult to steal. Normally, she would’ve never stolen a nonmetallic object directly out of someone’s hands. It was an alternative to ripping up her cloak, however. Lum was probably angering the man, so she didn’t know if they would have time for him to quit holding the bandages while also not trying to attack them. She would’ve started arguing with Lum, asked them to just accept the bandages, but she couldn’t in front of the stranger. Her frustration with them was now steadily growing. Why were they acting so needlessly antagonistic towards powerful people? Eza pointed behind the stranger at the burning bar, an expression of horror on her face. “There’s two people still in there!” She was a skilled liar, so she hoped to get the man to turn his head away. @RoyalBeeMage @Scars of Hathsin
  22. “I think Roy already knows that I hate him.” The idea of telling Roy felt incredibly awkward. She’d probably manage to also embarrass herself. ”I’d rather try and keep him being nice to me, too. It makes a lot of things easier. I really don’t want him to try and impale me again.” Jenny had learned that she very much did not enjoy being impaled.
  23. “…how?” Jenny’s intrigue at Ed’s idea cut through some of her panic. Most of it still remained, but she was no longer on the edge of hyperventilating. Maybe getting back at Roy could help drive him away. She desperately hoped it would. Things would become very, very awkward otherwise.
