  13. Warning: Spoilers ahead for Oathbringer I was looking at pictures of spren from Shallan’s sketchbook pages in Oathbringer when I saw something that confused me. In the corner of one of her sketchbook pages, I saw that there is a little drawing scribbled in the corner with the note “Drawing is easy!” next to it. At first I thought that it was cute and assumed that it was Adolin or maybe Kaladin who had drawn this, but after consideration I realized that neither of them know how to write. So who drew it? Did one of them draw it then somehow get Azure to write the note? Did Veil draw it somehow? I am assuming that Shallan drew these while she was in Shadesmar, and I can’t recall her ever becoming Veil during that time, so I don’t think that it is likely that it was her. Can Syl write? It could have maybe been her if she can, although I doubt that she is able to. Did they automatically translate women’s script into English and just did the same for a glyph in that case? Is this just a mistake by the illustrator? I need to know! Help!!!
