Pretty much the same for me. I just barely turned 13 after I read OB though. I started with Elantris, then fell away from Sanderson until I read The Reckoners which made me want to read Warbreaker (I was 11) and then my dad suggested I read Mistborn. After that I was hooked. And then I read SA.

You know, sometimes I think it'd be nice to wipe the slate clean and read something over.

So my experience was this. I was annoyed at the book in the first place 'cause Kell was gone so that didn't help. Zane... Oh my Shards. This is a long rabbit hole. So, when I met him I was like, "Huh. Okay." But as things went on, he frustrated me 'cause I couldn't figure him out. My solution? Write about it. Every time I got a new chapter from his POV I wrote for like an hour. The only thing I really concluded was that I hate him and his only real purpose was to help Vin lock onto her identity. The ending though... storms. I loved the ending. It was an emotional roller coaster (as I've come to expect from Sanderson) and it got me hyped for the next book which satisfied. So. Hard.

A lot of people like WoA the least in the Mistborn trilogy. Anybody have thoughts on that?

Start with the books you like and know best. Then work your way outward. Anyway, welcome to the Shard! Do you have a favorite cosmere character? Book?

That's awesome! I've started on mine, but I have a ton of homework to do. It'll probably be done tomorrow sometime. Also, do we want to work on The Greatest Show on a google doc?

Probably wise. It really depends on what you want for when to start it. I couldn't wait and started it about halfway through The Bands of Mourning. You'll be satisfied either way.

I'm currently working on Come Alive. We've got additions for Mistborn, Elantris, and SA so if we could get some Nalthian stuff that'd be great. Really anything cosmere is game though.

OH MY KELSIER! I just had a fantastic idea. So I was listening to the Greatest Showman Soundtrack because it's awesome and I was getting a feel for what I had to work with and I had a Thought. What if we had someone do The Greatest Show (the very first song) about just the cosmere? The opening of the whole musical. Listen to it, it has potential if anyone's willing to tackle it. So tell me do you wanna go Where Radiants fly through the skies Where Hoid is anyone of those guys Impossible comes true (Though they might try to spike you)

I'll take Come Alive as Kelsier to Vin.

Oh, I've read it. Several times. That's the second hardest I've cried. That little novella took a lot out of me.

I have never cried harder.

Nah, I don't think so. Reen saved her from her mom, remember? And Vin seems to have pretty clear memories of him. I don't think Ruin would have had enough power to manifest himself for so long anyway.
