    The trick is, we can only plot for two hours when he's on. And that's when we're also on TLT. At least, that's how it'll be today. Yesterday was weird. "You should be proud of what you've done," Narrator Star said. "You're the perfect villain."

    Well, technically yes. But he's not on right now. We're having to work around you, Xino. Tom will never get his happy ending. Not if AJ has anything to say about it. And I've found a way that he can.

    I like what we have going so far. And besides, I don't want to have to write some "Previously on TLT" crap. Though that might be kinda funny. And as for side-story ideas, it looks like Jaywalk has something pretty cool planned.

    Thanks for all the compliments y'all! This is why I'm obsessed with Thought. Then where are they? On another note, Bean won't be back for 12 hours. We're planning stuff though. This'll be good.

    Thought trembled. "We need to go," she said quietly. "We can't stay. But then, when this is over, it'll just be you and me. Nothing else."

    Thought was sobbing too. She had missed him. Her soul had cried for him and now they were together, finally. "You don't need to be sorry. I love you." She threw her arms around him, not caring about the pain.

    Thought opened her eyes. And smiled, tears coming to her eyes. "I knew you'd come for me. He said you had forgotten me completely. I never believed him. Never. But... They took my Shard. I'm mortal again."

    It didn't hit her all at once. Who was shaking her? Her wrist ached. There was blood on her neck. It had seeped into her hair. And there was a spike there. She didn't care. She didn't care about anything. She groaned. "Let go of me," she said. Her voice was broken from sobbing so hard.

    Thought had figured it out. This place was just a figment of Tom's imagination. This was what he wanted. He had forced himself to believe it. This will all resolve when Bean appears. And he will. I promise.

    "Tamika is dead, Tom," Thought said. "She died when I first Ascended. There is only Thought now and she loves AJ. This? This is what you think is real. You've deluded yourself. I know I did love you once before in another life. But if you really wanted her, you should have gone after her. You didn't. Now put me back in the cell. AJ is coming. I know that."

    Yes she is. Star is... Star is me. But not. Star doesn't make sense anymore. "She is," Thought promised. "I can feel her. But... I am not the woman you fell in love with. I would kill myself if this were true. But it's not. It's not real. AJ will come for me any moment now."

    Thought shut her eyes. But I am not Tamika any longer, she thought. "Please take me out of this vision," she said. "I can't stand it any longer."

    Despite herself, Thought continued to kiss him. She just wanted someone who would take her. She loved AJ, but he had never felt quite comfortable when she had her Shard. "Why do you love me?" she found herself whispering.

    Thought felt stuck between worlds. Tamika knew this and she wanted it. But the part of her that was broken and needed mending... That part screamed. AJ would come. She would be loyal to him. Wouldn't she?

    Cursing herself, Thought crawled over to Tom. Forgive me, AJ, she thought. This had to count. She leaned over and kissed Tom. And she found that she meant it. Something within her knew him, even if she didn't.

    Thought licked her lips. "I cannot hate you for that." She bowed her head. "I am so sorry. I love him, though. You must understand. I didn't mean to hurt you and I swear if I could undo things I would. AJ... he is my everything. What you are doing is nothing but cruel."

    "What did I do to you?" Thought asked softly. Her abilities as a Sliver allowed her to feel the severity of his man's emotion.

    "It's not real," she insisted. "It's a lie and he'll come for me."

    Star fell to Tom's feet. "I will do anything. Free me from this horror, I beg you."

    "Whatever I did to you," Star whispered, "I'm terribly sorry."

    Star squeezed her eyes shut. "Stop it," she sobbed. "Stop it, stop it."
