    And before anyone said anything, she did not fall in love with him. Marsh would forever be in her heart. And Tom was still in love with Thought. He didn't even know that Star existed. She just helped him out.

    Star had faith in him. Yes, that's right. He had a Narrator backing him this time, even if she was a depressed I'm-Still-Not-Over-Marsh Narrator.

    Thought was terrible at reading cues, so she was perfectly oblivious to Tom's attempts to win her over. AJ was still her everything. And now he was gone.

    But it was too much to call that her "happy-place." It was more like the "place-that-makes-you-feel-like-the-world-isn't-as-happy-as-it-seems-so-it's-on-your-level".
