John's blade slid cleanly into it's sheath, despite the rust on the back. "Can we please not kill each other? I'm John."
-
"Put your sword away and I'll put mine away." John released his metalmind, and stepped into the light, his sword hovering over the entrance to it's sheath.

(Pretend the WOB is there) I would say that it is becoming possible for shardblades to come back to life. For example:
-
He heard whispering. He started tapping breath, and quietly started moving back, thankful for his father's training in stealth. He found his way into the room and hid behind the frame.
-
He shifted his footing, and the wood beneath his feet crunched.
-
John froze. "Hello?" He slowly unsheathed his sword, grimacing as he saw the rust covering the back. "I'm armed!"
-
Everything was a blur. John sat up, tapping breath and forcing himself to alertness. Everything was quiet. Too quiet. I must have fallen asleep. Still slightly groggy, he made his way outside.
-
John blinked. It was strange for him to have people ignore him. It's what I want. "Thank you sir." He frowned as the man gave him change. That cheap?
-
The wind blew as a figure slipped through the door. His face was haggard and the dust on his face appeared to have failed to take in any of the moisture from the mists. "What are the prices for an ordinary Soothing Session?" He asked, placing a pile of Boxings on the table. "Do you have rooms?"

I think his "flute" is more like a recorder.

So I was wondering: there are 3 realms, right? The Physical, the Cognitive, and the Spiritual. The Spiritual has no locations. Could that mean that if you used a perpendicularity and went to the Spiritual realm, and wanted to go somewhere (Ex. Scadrial to Roshar) and left the perpendicularity would they end up in that place, similar to the nowhere in Skyward? If it worked, it could save time for worldhoppers, that's for sure.

If that is true, then: B312 (Halo Connection: Spartan - B312, or Noble 6, Main Character of Halo: Reach) If not: Sierra 117 (Halo Connection: Petty Officer Master Chief Sierra John - 117, AKA Master Chief)
-
Does that count though? It could be that Gran - Gran is just a normal Grandma. My Grandma isn't blind, but she glare at me like that sometimes... Though now that I think of it, didn't the Main Character of DE (Can't remember his name) use his Cytonic abilities to Sense/see?

I got Skyward from my grandma on Easter. I think that it is an amazing book. After I read it I read DE, and loved it to. I think that Doomslug is the Cytonic Hyperdrive when a person with the defect/deviation isn't available. Where?

… Why don't people tell me things. I'm sad.

Yum. Spiked cookies. Maybe it should be Spiked Monkey Bread though.

How were the lifebuster bomber escort ships controlled?

They don't call is Hyperspace, they call it the "nowhere" -
Huh. I doubt that the spren in OB are feruchumests, but I'm sure it's the same concept.

I think that if we were talking Nathlis, then Nightblood is the real Vampire... except for the fact he's never been alive (Awakening non-withstanding).
-
Yeah... It's been awhile since I've read Mistborn.

Or a porcupine!

So Khriss… We know that she is native to Taildan, and that she is a major worldhopper. But Who Is She? What happens after the cliff hanger in White Sand 2? What is her position in Silverlight? And which systems has she been to? For that matter, who is Nazh?

Welcome to the Shard, Hoid of the Dark Side. If I remember correctly, I think it is mentioned in the books (Either the Hero of Ages or Mistborn: A Secret History) that he was not spiked, and that Ruin had tried many times.
