Cain fell to his knees, all of the sadness and despair from his childhood flooded through him. He watched his family die at the hands of Dusk and his experimentation, or at least what he had thought it was. He watched countless innocents die as he had wandered aimlessly. He was alone. Hopelessly alone. He crawled into the dark corner of the wall next to him and balled up into the fetal position. Please, he thought, get me somewhere where I can be alone. Somewhere where there isn't action everywhere. Somewhere......Peaceful. He just hoped he could somehow escape the fighting that he had seen all too many times throughout his otherwise short life.

Cain glared at Hellbent from the side of the building he was leaning on. He looked back at Solace. “Yes, I know I am rash with my decision making. I would be glad to let you take the lead,” He looked back at Hellbent, “and you need to shut up. We know you want him to leave. But Solace needs to do his speech.”

Cain frowned but stepped back. “Fine.”

Cain waved his hands. All the weapons of the opposing group fell to the ground and began to melt down to nothingness. “Now, let’s not get feisty with weapons. We do not need that right now. Now if you will, leave and everything will be fine. You’re inevitable doom will just be prolonged,” Cain looks at Solace, “He is the rightful ruler, and I’m sorry you can’t see that.”

Cain watched the argument and laughed. “What, am I not here? Or are you too afraid to fight me? I need a fight!”

Cain stepped out of the shadows and into the light next to Solace. It was quick transportation, jumping between shadows, and useful too. “I will follow you, Solace, and the rightful rulers of the Ghostbloods.”

Cain watched Solace appear before the crowd. The fear that rippled through the crowd amused him. Did they realize there would soon be a change in leadership?

Cain glared at the two men. "Well, what are you gonna do? Chase me like children on a playground?" Cain smiled. "I'm sorry to say that I can't join you for your little party." Cain proceeded to step into the shadows and teleport away to a safe location. He would continue to lurk in the shadows, and await Solace's call to action.

"I am sorry, Hellbent, you have been a father figure to me for a long time. But I am young, and times are changing. If Solace is saying telling the truth, he is the original Ghostblood leader, and I belong with the leader. It is who I swore loyalty to," Cain sighs and continues, "I am sorry it must be this way."

Cain steps out of the shadows. "So I've heard talk that you, Solace, that you would be a formidable opponent," Cain says, "People have warned me not to join you. Not to become allies. But, I have gone against them. I have taken it into my liberty to follow you as a loyal friend and follower." @Mraize

I guess I could, but Cain prefers not to use his Power for evil too constantly, but if he is brought to that point, he will do it.

@Archer I made some change to make my character more clear to others, and developed him a bit.

Cain stood from atop the nearby hill. Watching the exchange, he expected a council meeting. He would wait until he got the calling to the meeting to make a decision.
