Proposal 1: players are Houses, and they may name their House proposal 2: that players (houses) have mistborn at their disposal and can use them in the following way: A Mistborn is paid 16 (for flavour reasons) atium to automatically end a proposal. this must take place between the proposal and the acceptance or rejection by the Lord Ruler. the proposer may not propose a rule that has the same or a similar effect (determined by TLR) until a different rule proposed by that House is passed. proposal 3: the required amount of atium to win is changed to 1024 (for flavour reasons) :3
